It feels like the staff here actually cares about the health of your natural nails, which is kind of rare for salons these days. The deluxe pedicures I've gotten here in the past have also been top notch and very reasonably priced for the services you get (hot stone, callus removal, etc). The woman that did my gel manicure used too much nail polish, left two massive air bubbles on two of my nails, applied the polish too close to my skin so I imagine it'll peel by the end of the week. When I told her about the massive air bubbles, she said it was the "shape of my nail." She didn't fix it. The pedicure was fine. I wouldn't go back there for any manicure. The owners seemed nice and helpful- probably would do a better job on your nails, might be better to get your nails done with them instead. I think they may have been understaffed the day that I went (although they accepted my appointment). My nails are totally fine, they just aren't perfect. The nail tech was working on 2-3 people are once and as a result she went FAST. The polish is good but the shape of 2 of my nails is imperfect. My entire experience here was awful. Came here for gel mani and reg pedi for a Sunday pamper. Rarely do I get my nails done and I end up leaving without doing pedicure here because the lady technician was so rude. I came in while there were just 3 customers and the lady tech was open (the owner) was free so she started doing my nails and was incredibly rough on my cuticles even after I asked to be gentle but she still managed to cut couple of my cuticles rough that blood came out and she completely ignored it! This wasn't the last of her rudeness. Throughout the entire experience she was picking up phone calls while one hand doing my nails you can imagine the result. At this time several customers came in waiting and the tech is still picking up phone calls promising appointment times the day of. There were bare nails without polish on few of my fingers I had to show her before she hurry the top coat on. She quickly globed polish on and finished it up then starts filing the gel around my fingers ferociously that I said ouch. At this point I've already had it and decided I wasn't letting my feet get abused here. I would avoid this establishment at all costs if you don't want your relaxation ruined. Absolutely despicable. Came in for a dip manicure and spa pedicure, the pedicure was great and done by a lovely lady but the manicure was the worst dip French manicure I have ever received. They were thick and uneven and the nail lady kept getting up and leaving to help run the front desk and made the process last 10x longer. I kept asking for it to be thinner, asked why is it so uneven and I was told it's gonna come like that because that's how dip manicure work. I have gotten over 100 dip manicures in my life and have never been told it will just remain like that. I made them get removed before I left because they looked that bad. Nail technician was very rough with cuticles and took the file to the skin as well. I do have sensitive cuticles and asked her to gently push and not cut. I would have thought the filing would have been gentler instead she kept gnashing at my skin. Also, she kept pressing her thumb nail into my finger when holding my fingers for filing/painting. Price wise, it is reasonable. I paid $68 + 20% tip ($38 for gel mani and $30 for regular pedicure). The place was also crowded at 3pm with every seat taken the whole time I was there. Positives - was easy to get an appointment and had a good range of DIP nail colors. Not so positives - the place is not as clean and well organized. The technician didn't help pick a color when asked for a recommendation between two options. She kept the machine on high rotation speed where I could feel the burn through my nails was very rough on the cuticles, didn't even bother to apologize when my skin broke and bled. The the dip color layers were thick uneven and not smoothened out at the corners. She kept answering phones and attending to other tasks in between. No effort in cleaning the layers that came on the skin around and under the nails. All this for a price of $55 didn't seem justified. read more

Maria did an incredible job at cleaning up my nails and toes, she was very meticulous and took her time getting all the cuticle, I felt so cared for! Maria's also painted my toe nails, and again she was so careful and made sure it was applied nicely. They were almost closing and Maria had to go home, but Cleo (one of the managers) took over my nails after Maria cleaned them up, Cleo also did an amazing with the paint job, she was so quick and efficient. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. The service was OK. The techs did not use gloves or require hand washing before dip powder was applied. I got dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. Dip powder is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. After 4 days, my nails started to chip. Now multiple nails are chipped and one is clean off.
