I get my nails done every two weeks and decided to try this salon after my regular place closed. From the start, the service was incredibly unprofessional. My technician spent over 30 minutes on her phone while I sat waiting for my old polish to soak off--a process that should not have taken nearly that long. Things got much worse when I politely asked if she could file my nails into a different shape. She repeatedly refused, and when I asked again, she became visibly irritated. At one point, she slapped my arm away and then aggressively yanked my hands around multiple times while working on my nails. The way she handled me was completely unnecessary, rough, and unacceptable. At that point, I gave up on getting the shape I wanted because I just wanted to leave. I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a salon. There is no excuse for speaking to or physically handling a customer this way. I will never return and would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere.
