I came here few times and to be honest it's just a convenient spot for me to get my nails done, the quality of gel manicure is not as great since the price is not high and they are kind of rushing customers out, thats why every single time I have to come back to fix because how it could be good quality for 45 min gel manicure, for sure they expected you come back more often compared to $45 gel manicure. The owner should be smarter to make sure to train employees to have good skills that customers satisfy for few weeks instead of cheap price and poor skills just to get quantity, it's such a waste of time to come back and forth fixing nails, spending few minutes fixing 1 nail, few days after the others are bad. Whoever runs business and says come back to fix for free which means they are not confident about their quality. They created a quiet ambiance with soothing music background since their technicians could not communicate well, sometimes it's kinda annoying when you ask them to explain something, ending up with attitude and rudeness. I agree to quietness and calmness but customer service industry means communication, we could get the nails done anywhere but we don't want to sit and be silent a whole time. Maggie did my service and I was happy with the results. I did a spa pedicure that came with a scrub, callous removal and massage. I found the experience relaxing. I decided to try a new nail studio and it did not disappoint! It was very clean, professional and quality especially for the cost. I got a basic gel mani and it was $45 and it included a mini neck massage, trimmed and pushed back cuticles (which I always feel like never gets done anymore) and great detail when painting my nails as well. I had an excellent walk-in manicure here. Everything was incredibly clean and immaculate. The manicurist did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles and the soft music and memos on the wall to be quiet and keep your phone calls brief was really a nice touch because I hate going in for a relaxing time and having to listen to somebody's loud phone call next to me. Im not sure if I would come back here again. I paid $67 (with tax) for a below average gel pedicure. My nail technician was extremely rough and I was pain for the majority of my pedicure. Additionally, there was minimal work done on my feet and the bottom of my foot was barely touched with the foot file and is still rough. To add to this, I called the day before for a 4:45pm appointment and they told me no come at 4:30 so I did and they still had me wait until 4:45 or after to get started. The pedicure all together was less than 30 minutes. I go in for my usual dip nails , take's a little over an hour and there's a quick shoulder massage and hand massage after which is perfect ! They have an array of color choices and I love that it's so relaxing and quiet in this nail salon. Rosa spends her time making sure the shape , cuticles and nail color are always to my liking. All the tools they use are sanitized. They also give you a card at the end which guarantees a nail fix within 7 days.
