I went in as a walk in appointment last week. I will explain my experience by the 2 different services I had done. Pedicure: I got the $30 basic pedicure with regular polish. The lady doing my toes was very nice but was digging at the sides on my toes. The next day after the appointment, my toe was swollen and it was infected where she was digging at. Additionally, the polish on my other foot had already began chipping after 4 days... Full set: I had a guy doing my full set and he was good, great attention to detail. He did the solid color, then had me go for the pedicure, then come back for the design (on my ring fingers). After my pedicure, walked back over there and it was a lady that was now going to do my design. I asked for a seashell & dots. Asked if she was able to do it, she said yes. It turned out pretty messy, and not like the inspiration picture. She rushed me out when she was done. I ended up going to a different salon right after and asking if they can just fix my design, thank goodness I did because I ended up getting engaged with these nails. OVERALL: Would not recommend for designs or pedicure. If you are getting a simple solid color full set and have the guy doing your nails, then maybe. But, overall the experience & customer service was NOT worth the price. (PRICE: $110 for everything altogether) read more

I'm out on vacation to see my boyfriend who's working down here and I wanted him to get his first pedicure with me. They were not friendly. My pedicure was $40 including painting my toes. At the end I was charged $20 for gel that I wasn't told about to paint my toes. I was charged extra for French tip and to trim my nails back down to the length I had them.. I understand small charges I get my toes and nails done all the time, I was only getting a fill. $20 $15 charges for small things are insane. my French tips are not the same lengths for both hands so I have a thin French tip on my right hand and a thick French tip on my left. I went here yesterday for a full set, coffin shape, matte top coat. I must say they look great! And my nail tech was good at was she does! She took her time with the whole process and made sure they looked good. Price was a little more than I'm used to at other establishments but for the time she took to make sure they were even and looked good it was definitely worth it. Will be going back again! read more

The best salon I have ever been to BY FAR. My mom and I did the deluxe pedicure and it was such a wonderful experience. The pedicure included extensive massaging, hot stone massage, AND the paragon wax for only $45! Such great prices on all of the services they provided. Dropped in today with my Dad and I had a fill in with holographic color and he had a manicure. I'm in love with the end result and the shape of my nails. I agree with past yelpers, the place is very clean and orderly and the staff is attentive and really care about doing the best job on your nails. Wait wasn't long and the service isn't long either. Prices are very reasonable and we now have a loyalty card when full you get $5 off a service. Whenever I'm back in town I will definitely give them a visit. read more

This is the place to go! Beautiful nails, friendly techs. They always take the best care of me and I will not go anywhere else. One day I had a break between work where I had about 1hr 30 mins to get a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure and to my surprise they said they could do it and man did they do it! Great job! They took the time to work on my hands and toes at the same time and I have not been that impressed by a salon before and I just recently moved here from IL. Althiugb the price was right and New did a good job on my nails, he did not dust off my hands after he filed them and never cleaned his station it seemed after me or from the night before! He does not seem to have much of a personality either. The place needs more attention and should be cleaned instead if everyone sitting around watching TV. Great service. They have the best massage chairs. I've never seen any that do the arms. They did a great job on my feet and my nails look good. Went with a friend and they spent hours making hers look good. They added just a coating of powder and extended them so she didn't need tips and then decorated them. I was very impressed. Brought a friend here for a pedicure this weekend. They use disposable liners in tubs. I watched them actively disinfecting tubs and tools used for pedicures which is very important to a person in the health field like me. They have some awesome massage chairs you sit in for pedicures. I didn't have appt and was able to get in fast. $35 for deluxe pedicure. They have an organic scrub available to choose from.. think that may be more money but nice it is an option. Very nice job for myself and my friend. Staff very friendly. Next time if I came alone I'd bring my headphones or a book. It was super quiet in there. They give a loyalty card and after 5 punches they give you $5 off that 6th visit. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been to this nail salon twice now (as I have just moved back to the usa from overseas). The first time was okay. My gel manicure only lasted a week. The second time was a really terrible experience. The owner is rude, and is not okay with you asking questions, as it's clear you are only there to make him money and not about your experience as the paying customer. While I was getting my nails done, a gentleman came in who had been in 3 days prior with an infection he received as a result of getting his manicure done there. I am not surprised, the tools are dirty, the files have shavings on them from other people. They get mad if you request no drill. His daughter is there as well and she's adorable! She was unwell and had green snot running down her face, and he got up from our service to wipe her nose. (which is so fine! ) however he did not sanitize his hands afterwards or wash them! He told me she was sick, so why would he not sanitize his hands after touching her snot before working on your client!! The place has multiple violations of health code. Ive already lodged a complaint with the state board and health department. ALSO within the first 12 hours post gel manicure I had THREE nails chip! They look terrible, are not clean, and were poorly done. When I asked for a refund, (because it's clear others will start to chip in the next day or so because of how poorly thy were done.)he refused and told me it's my fault because I asked for 3 coats. The only reason I asked for a third coat was because with the two he had already done, they were so spotty it needed it a third. Plus THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE they told me i needed three coats with this colour because it's light. Horrible customer service, you;ll probably end up with an infection because of dirty tools. Save your money and time and go to a non chop shop. read more
