The salon has such a clean and inviting atmosphere, it instantly put me at ease. I recently had my bridal nails done there, opting for Gel X with chrome, and let me just say, they turned out absolutely stunning! Nikki, the technician who worked on my nails was incredibly skilled at what she does, but her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. I wanna just start off by saying I've felt very disrespected by the receptionist while she raised her voice at me and said no one in the salon wanted to service me at all when all I asked was for my toe nail to get fixed ! We pay the price for it to look nice ! And to pay 90$ for a pedicure and to be treated so poorly by employee still requesting payment when nails have never been this worst like today mind you I already also do my nails and pay up to 120$ for service and just to be almost kicked out was very inappropriate and rude definitely will never come back !!!!again !!!!and I expect a courtesy apology after being treated poorly we do pay for our nails their not free !! The staff were all great Mimi did my nails and I got a gelx nail set and she understood the assignment. The shaping? Flawless. The design? Literally Pinterest-worthy. She took her time to make sure every nail was perfect but still had me in and out on time. The vibe was relaxing, clean, and super welcoming -- no awkward small talk, just chill energy and great service. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I've been going to Nails BB for years and Mimi is my go to nail tech! I usually get my nails done only once every 4-7 weeks and have never experienced any lifting! Mimi's attention to detail is top tier, you can tell she really cares about the quality of her work and enjoys what she does. No matter what idea I bring to her, she takes on the challenge and executes at a high level. Nails bb is such a beautiful shop, and its sister location Top City Nails, is not too far away if I have to go there instead to catch Mimi on the days she's there. The entire staff is so sweet and accommodating. If you want quality, come here! Sometimes there may be a little bit of a wait but it's so worth it and they're always so sweet and communicative about it. Just go elsewhere. Received a gel manicure on Wednesday 11/21, by Sunday 11/25 all 10 nails had peeled in one solid piece. I've added images with date stamp to prove my point to this business. I called Kat and explained what had happened, booked an appointment for repair on all ten nails for Thursday 11/29. Kat said "we will take care of it". I expected to walk in and get a gel manicure no massage just repair and walk away. Instead, I was charged $15 for the "repair" - the money is irrelevant, but it did not sit well with me that at this point I had paid $39 for a bad manicure and a waste of my time. I paid the $15 and gave a $5 tip, hoping to move forward (after all, it is just nails). Well the manicure again peeled after just one week. I will not be back and hope this helps someone choose another salon. read more

This is one of the best nails salons I have ever visited. Mimi was the one that did my nails and she was so kind when doing them as I have messed up fingers and she never said anything about them, but, other places usually do. She is also very patient in her work and when she doesn't think it's correct or you tell her you don't like something she'll fix it right away. She is very considerate and overall an amazing nail tech. Also the overall staff is super friendly and welcoming which is nice. Overall a good experience from the staff as they'll give you suggestions if you aren't sure of something. read more

I absolutely love getting my nails done here at BB Nails ! Both Lynn and Vy have done my nails, and they are amazing. They always take their time, are very meticulous, and truly care about the details. I'm very picky about my nail shape and designs, but they always do their best to follow exactly what I ask for -- and they always deliver. I really appreciate how patient and professional they are. I came in today and found out that there was new management. Sometimes that may leave you feeling nervous or unsure however, when Tina and Judy introduced themselves to me I knew this was going to be a great experience. I decided to try out the dip nails, and the BB organic pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful very relaxing. I don't think I will be coming back here after using this salon as my regular place of service. Everytime, I call and make an appointment ahead of time. Yet every single time I go, they take walk-in customers before me, and I end up waiting at least 20 minutes before I am seated for my appointment. I usually don't have a problem with this. However, I came in to get a singular nail fixed as it broke off after just a few days, and they told me I had to come back because I didn't make an appointment. Very disappointing :( read more

I love this place! I was referred by a friend 6 weeks ago and this is my 3rd visit. My bails were in bad shape and Raymond has been so great at working to get them back in shape, they look beautiful! Kat is fabulous too, she does prep and customer service, the goal here is to give great nail service and treat you well, and they do! This is also a very clean nail spa. I have been come to BB almost 5 years now. They always been attentive and patience with me even when they are super busy. Linda did my pedicure for years and always come out perfection. I have an event to go this weekend and Travis suggested the gel builder on my nails it s come out fantastic. I love the way he shape and details of the job. In less than two weeks I'm missing 2 nails and the gel has completely come off of 4 other nails. I think because the lady doing my nails shaped them after the gel was applied leaving the sides of my nails bare thus lifting later on. As for the 2 broken nails -- alot of the acrylic lifted near the cuticle making them pretty weak. I have 1 thats hanging on for dear life. Never again. read more
