Such a cute nail spot! Shout out to Zack at the front for the warm welcome and help with picking out my service. It wasn't too busy when we came in so he let my husband sit at the chair next to me and also gave him the full drink / snack experience! So many color options and everything is organized in such a pretty way! I like how when you're paying at the end, there's an option to tip each worker versus a blanket tip. It is a bit pricier here but you're paying for the location, amenities, and overall aesthetic which is worth it to me!
Do not come here. I genuinely do not think they use safe nail glue. I have removed my own nails at home many times without issues, but this set was completely different. I have only been here once 05/14/26, and I will not be returning. These nails do not even look or feel like proper acrylics. I got Gel X nails by "Angel." They bend back in a strange way and seem to blend into my natural nails instead of sitting on top of them. When I tried to remove them, they were so difficult to get off that my entire pinky nail bed was ripped off. To make matters worse, I paid $115 for this set. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality and the damage it caused. I am in pain. Responding back: Two weeks isn't long at all. I've had sets last an entire month before. The issue is clearly the glue and/or the way the nails were applied. I already explained that I regularly remove my nails at home and have never had this happen before. I used the same removal method that salons use. As for your comment about me talking during my appointment, I'm not sure who you're referring to because I barely spoke the entire time my nails were being done. I sat quietly throughout the appointment. What happened to my pinky nail is not normal, and for a $115 set, I expected much better quality and application.
Emily is amazing, sweet, caring and a total vibe . She nailed what I wanted she knew exactly and delivered. My 2nd time I have seej her. Holly and kim do excellent pedicures. Never been here before went on a whim. Zach who runs the the place is on point now he takes care of the customers! Thank you guys for taking care of me! I'll definitely be back.
Angel is an incredibly talented nail artist! This was my second time going to her and I come down all the way from LA. She literally did exactly what I asked for and brought to her in a picture. The nail studio is so clean and nice and luxurious. Everyone is so friendly and service is the best (they'll even treat you to complimentary drinks!) This is what every nail lounge should be. 10/10!
I've been going to Images Luxury Nails for several years now, and my nail tech Emily always does an amazing job. She is professional, talented, and pays close attention to detail. I can show her any inspiration picture, and she's able to recreate the design exactly how I like it every time. I also love that I never have to wait long before starting my nail service or pedicure. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional, which makes every visit a great experience. This is truly the best nail shop, and I highly recommend Emily and the team!
I absolutely love Images Luxury Nail Salon! The place is super clean, cute, and has such a relaxing vibe the moment you walk in. Everyone there is friendly, and they really make you feel taken care of. My nail tech Emily is AMAZING! She's so sweet and crazy talented. She pays attention to every little detail and always makes sure my nails look perfect. I've done everything from simple manis to fun nail art, and she nails it (pun intended) every single time. My mom and I wanted a spontaneous girls day and decided to get our nails done. I knew weekends are hard for walk in or even appointments but we're so glad we found this place. They were welcoming from the start. The place was clean and organized. Myle (design pictured) and Edwin were great! Myle was able to create the design I wanted. Edwin was so nice and attentive to my mom's concerns on her nails. We didn't feel rush at all and was even offered drinks and snacks. (Most nail salons feel so rushed as they're already preparing to take a new customer just as you sat down even with an appointment). Overall, we had a great mani and pedi service! Will definitely be our new go to nail place
I've been coming here since moving to Long Beach and absolutely love the service and the pampering I get from here. The relaxing atmosphere and all the ladies and gentlemen who work here are so sweet and caring about your comfortability and experience. My partner and I always get the Cleopatra or Royal service, it's the highest tier Images offers for pedicures. It's totally worth it to treat yourself to all the accommodations and add-ons that don't feel surface level even after a few days after. Jessica did my service this time around and she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and even put up with my ticklish spasms.
Luxury atmosphere but the results don't live up to the name! I came in for a mani pedi and it was as if the nail tech didn't listen to me. Im going on vacation soon and wanted to make sure my nails looked perfect so, I decided to book here even though it's pricey. I showed the nail tech how short I wanted to go with my nails and she cut them down to the skin which is not at all what I wanted. We all know how long it takes to get your nails long and healthy and this lady botched my nails. I've included pictures and they truly speak for themselves. She was apologetic but what could she do at that point? I told the front desk and they gave me a small discount. I should have pushed not to pay at all but I didn't want to get the lady in trouble. My bill was still $120! I couldn't even believe it. My pedicure came out great! That is why they get 2 stars.
The nail salon is super clean, the staff is really kind. They accommodated walk-in which I love! My acrylic fill was a little thicker than I wanted and the edges were not the cleanest, but still a decent fill. My pedicure was okay, I got the $55 pedicure with paraffin. The paraffin was a little too hot and the technician started the 5 minute massage when the towels were still on my foot, so she really just massaged my ankles. It's been two days and my nail polish on my toes is chipping and pushing back. Not to sure why.... Over all.... It was okay.
This place is totally fine! Pricey, but the location is convenient. Very nice facility without that mom-and-pop feel. Chairs are spread out, which is good or not if you're feeling chatty with a friend. Champagne is fun. I got a pedicure and was totally happy, but the color book was a little off from the bottle color, so be ready to double check before application.

Went in for a pedicure today. Place is nice, lots of colors and clean. I was seated and as the pedicure bowl was filling, it malfunctioned and started spraying me with water. The man doing my pedicure wasn't turning it off, not realizing it was spraying me all over, despite multiple people including myself asking him to stop the water. I'm drenched. My pants, face and shirt and completely soaked. I asked for a towel, and when I realized how drenched I was I let them know I needed to go home and change and there was no way I could sit in wet pants for the entire pedicure. The staff were offended by this. We hadn't even started the service, so it's not like I was asking to leave mid appointment. Truly absurd experience. read more

Today, the salon manager contacted me in an attempt to further discredit my experience and make me feel as though my concerns were not valid. Instead of prioritizing customer feedback, the response continued to dismiss how I felt. As I mentioned previously, I have been to this salon before and had no issues; however, on this particular visit, I had a very poor experience. Not every customer's experience will be the same, and mine on this occasion was not a positive one. read more

Who doesn't love a good mani pedi? If you are looking for a good nail salon this is a great place to go. Images has good customer service, the entire staff is very pleasant. They are gentle with the manicure and pedicure for those that are sensitive and need a light touch. The price point and variety of services are what you would expect for this area and the quality of the salon. The main reason why I love this place so much is the cleanliness of this nail salon. The images staff cleans and sterilizes everything. Even the restroom is neat and clean. Decor is pretty which adds to the ambiance. Images is a 5 star for me and my husband loves it too. After he came here for the first time he does not want to go to another salon. He really felt comfortable here and they did a great job on his feet! read more

I've only recently started going to Images, but after 3 visits I am excited to become a loyal client. I haven't worn nail extensions in over 7 years because of a bad experience with acrylics that ripped my nail off. Despite my apprehension and fear, Emily has taken such good care of me since I started seeing her. Her Gel X application is flawless and she knows exactly what she's doing to make the nails strong and durable. She's also a serious artist and knows exactly how to make an inspiration pic come to life. My cuticles and manicure always look amazing, and I never have any issues with chipping or peeling. The other staff and especially Zach are always very accommodating and checking in on you. The luxury aspects like the beautiful decor, free snacks and drinks are just a plus when the service is already great. read more

I've been coming to Images consistently since April 2024 when I went for my wedding nails. Travis hooked me up and I haven't been anywhere else since! He is so creative and not only will use your inspo pictures but also has a beautiful brain full of nail art that he brings to life on your acrylics. While he is working his magic, I get my deluxe pedicure, which I've been paying the same price for since I've been going. And although their prices have remained consistent, they have upgraded their chairs, got TVs, offered expanded services and provide drinks and snacks. It is truly a luxury experience and you will feel like it is money well spent for a relaxing few hours in the spa. Would definitely recommend giving them a try! read more
