Such a cute nail spot! Shout out to Zack at the front for the warm welcome and help with picking out my service. It wasn't too busy when we came in so he let my husband sit at the chair next to me and also gave him the full drink / snack experience! So many color options and everything is organized in such a pretty way! I like how when you're paying at the end, there's an option to tip each worker versus a blanket tip. It is a bit pricier here but you're paying for the location, amenities, and overall aesthetic which is worth it to me! read more

I can show her any inspiration picture, and she's able to recreate the design exactly how I like it every time. I also love that I never have to wait long before starting my nail service or pedicure. Angel is an incredibly talented nail artist! This was my second time going to her and I come down all the way from LA. She literally did exactly what I asked for and brought to her in a picture. My mom and I wanted a spontaneous girls day and decided to get our nails done. I knew weekends are hard for walk in or even appointments but we're so glad we found this place. They were welcoming from the start. The place was clean and organized. Myle (design pictured) and Edwin were great! Myle was able to create the design I wanted. Edwin was so nice and attentive to my mom's concerns on her nails. We didn't feel rush at all and was even offered drinks and snacks. (Most nail salons feel so rushed as they're already preparing to take a new customer just as you sat down even with an appointment). Overall, we had a great mani and pedi service! I've been coming here since moving to Long Beach and absolutely love the service and the pampering I get from here. The relaxing atmosphere and all the ladies and gentlemen who work here are so sweet and caring about your comfortability and experience. My partner and I always get the Cleopatra or Royal service, it's the highest tier Images offers for pedicures. It's totally worth it to treat yourself to all the accommodations and add-ons that don't feel surface level even after a few days after. Luxury atmosphere but the results don't live up to the name! I came in for a mani pedi and it was as if the nail tech didn't listen to me. Im going on vacation soon and wanted to make sure my nails looked perfect so, I decided to book here even though it's pricey. I showed the nail tech how short I wanted to go with my nails and she cut them down to the skin which is not at all what I wanted. We all know how long it takes to get your nails long and healthy and this lady botched my nails. I've included pictures and they truly speak for themselves. She was apologetic but what could she do at that point? I told the front desk and they gave me a small discount. I should have pushed not to pay at all but I didn't want to get the lady in trouble. My bill was still $120! I couldn't even believe it. My pedicure came out great! That is why they get 2 stars. read more

The nail salon is super clean, the staff is really kind. They accommodated walk-in which I love! My acrylic fill was a little thicker than I wanted and the edges were not the cleanest, but still a decent fill. My pedicure was okay, I got the $55 pedicure with paraffin. The paraffin was a little too hot and the technician started the 5 minute massage when the towels were still on my foot, so she really just massaged my ankles. It's been two days and my nail polish on my toes is chipping and pushing back. Not to sure why.... Over all.... It was okay. read more

This place is totally fine! Pricey, but the location is convenient. Very nice facility without that mom-and-pop feel. Chairs are spread out, which is good or not if you're feeling chatty with a friend. Champagne is fun. Who doesn't love a good mani pedi? If you are looking for a good nail salon this is a great place to go. Images has good customer service, the entire staff is very pleasant. They are gentle with the manicure and pedicure for those that are sensitive and need a light touch. The price point and variety of services are what you would expect for this area and the quality of the salon. The main reason why I love this place so much is the cleanliness of this nail salon. The images staff cleans and sterilizes everything. Even the restroom is neat and clean. Decor is pretty which adds to the ambiance. Images is a 5 star for me and my husband loves it too. I've only recently started going to Images, but after 3 visits I am excited to become a loyal client. I haven't worn nail extensions in over 7 years because of a bad experience with acrylics that ripped my nail off. Despite my apprehension and fear, Emily has taken such good care of me since I started seeing her. Her Gel X application is flawless and she knows exactly what she's doing to make the nails strong and durable. She's also a serious artist and knows exactly how to make an inspiration pic come to life. My cuticles and manicure always look amazing, and I never have any issues with chipping or peeling. The other staff and especially Zach are always very accommodating and checking in on you. The luxury aspects like the beautiful decor, free snacks and drinks are just a plus when the service is already great. read more

Got a gel x set and found it already chipping and had air bubbles in the thumbs. Gel x set was done in a unique way and had never seen before - glue was applied directly to my nails before applying the fake nails resulting in excess glue underneath so she sanded the excess glue. Shes had to remove the thumb nail and reapply and caused pain due to the sanding and reapplication process. She also cut my actual nails soo short! Price range for the quality received is high - $150 for gel pedi and gel x mani with gel pink polish and chrome with signature on both mani and pedi read more

I've been coming to Images consistently since April 2024 when I went for my wedding nails. Travis hooked me up and I haven't been anywhere else since! He is so creative and not only will use your inspo pictures but also has a beautiful brain full of nail art that he brings to life on your acrylics. While he is working his magic, I get my deluxe pedicure, which I've been paying the same price for since I've been going. And although their prices have remained consistent, they have upgraded their chairs, got TVs, offered expanded services and provide drinks and snacks. It is truly a luxury experience and you will feel like it is money well spent for a relaxing few hours in the spa. Would definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

Her technique became noticeably messier, and she repeatedly nipped my cuticles, which was both uncomfortable and frustrating. The biggest issue came when I asked for the flower design I originally requested. I understand that detailed flowers can be difficult to draw on nails, and I do not fault her for struggling with it. However, I do take issue with being charged for a design that I ultimately did not receive. I even told her to stop attempting the flower, but she continued trying anyway. Customers should not have to pay for a design that was never completed successfully, regardless of the products used during the attempt. That said, I will give credit where it's due. The salon itself has a very friendly and elegant atmosphere, and the staff members were welcoming and provided good customer service overall. I just wish the actual service had matched the experience and pricing.

I can literally show her my inspiration and she always exceeds my expectations. Mia is just as wonderful--super gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Both of them made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment. I also have to mention Tiffany, her pedicures are absolutely amazing! She creates such a relaxing experience, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. It all feels like a mini spa treatment, and my feet have never looked or felt better. It's not always easy to find a salon where you feel confident in the service, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations.
