I received confirmations beforehand and the staff even checked to see if I needed anything else. LOVE. I get there and OMG. It's serene, clean, and a good-smelling machine. It smelled FIRE throughout. Not overwhelming but so pleasant. The decor was stunning. So pretty and luxurious. But really, the service? TUHHHH. INCREÍBLE. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the women at the front desk, onward, every single employee who walked by or guided me from point A to point B was sooo kind. This is big for me: EVERYONE SPOKE. Anyone working here who crossed my line of vision SPOKE TO ME kindly and in a welcoming way.
