I sent Quy a picture and he replied fast and said he certainly could do it! I had no idea I would meet such an artist! He hand painted my design and added a gold outline I hadn't expected too! I went 2 weeks ago and I had a great experience. The service was great. I go in today for my two week fill. I made an appointment online like I did before and I got a confirmation text. I walk In today and they had no idea I had an appointment and I even showed them my confirmation text. So I waited 30 minutes. My whole appointment was rushed. Was not relaxing at all. I then ask him to do the design I wanted and he said he couldn't because he had no time. If I was a walk in I would completely understand. But the fact I had an appointment and a confirmation text this was completely unacceptable. My nail tech was Eric. If I decide to go back I will be requesting a completely different technician. The business is now called Ombré Nails. The customer service was extremely poor. The nail techs were rude and not at all accommodating. My sister told the person who was doing her nails she didn't like the color and he told her "she'd like it in a few weeks." The same man was rude and intrusive with my niece asking her why she is not in a relationship, and why doesn't she have children. Rude! At the end of the terrible service experience the woman checking them out questioned my sister's integrity regarding a coupon she produced at check out time. They had provided it to her on a previous visit. The woman checking her out intimated that it was fake or had been tampered with! What?!? We are all in town to celebrate my sister's birthday and she got her nails done; it was the worst nail experience she had ever had. Never going back. read more

I had my nails and pedi done in this place. I called to find out prices. They gave me prices over the phone. The woman did my nails. She wanted to know everything about me. I do not like to share my life story with a stranger that I met first time. She was intrusive .Then I was told that to remove the gel from my toes they would charge $10. The lady who did my pedicure was inquisitive as well. She kept asking me if I was Mexican, Portuguese. I just kept saying NO. Then she finally finished my pedi. The other lady that was doing my nails ( I think the owner) told her to charge me as for the spa pedicure even though I had regular pedi. I payed about $35 extra I have no idea why. but I left and would never return to this place again. I am all for supporting local business but if you have no idea how to treat your customers, you should not be in business. I would never recommend this nail place to anybody. read more

New to the area and wanted a nail salon that does SNS and I found one very close to our new place. Peter was wonderful in taking off the old tips and shaping my own nails and putting on new SNS color. I was absolutely impressed and will definitely be back. Just moved to Flagler Beach and SUPER disappointed in the service here. The man was not interested in anything I wanted. He got up 3 times and just disappeared. It was set back after set back and don't complain or there will be an argument. I had full set, gel nail with French, quoted $50.00 over phone, thought that was high but needed my nails done. My white nails tips had black specs in them and he said that was normal...., he then painted white over the tips, ended up thick and gaudy. I now have to get them redone. Finally finished and He told me $55.00? It's not the $5.00, it's the sneakiness. I said something and he said just sit down and I will remove them, WTH Never again! read more

So disappointed in this place. So wanted it to be good as so disappointed...it's so close to house I can golf cart it. But unfortunately my experience was not great. When I went in I specifically asked if they did gel fills an they said yes. So I decided to get a pedicure an a fill. The pedicure was just ok as it looked like a job I would do myself but ok on to the fill. So I sit down to get my fill an I notice this person is using a powder that looks a lot like acrylic except he dips the brush in the liquid then the powder. So instead of giving me gel he tries to give me acrylic. I then say hey I didn't want that I wanted gel an this is t gel. By this time they're getting ready to close so he offers me a better solution of some type of powder you dip your nails in which I wasn't happy with it all. Then he says well next time you come in will do gels. Thanks but no thanks there won't be a next time unless they get better. The people were nice the service is good but why try to give you something you didn't ask for. An if you don't have time to do both a pedi an a fill jut say so instead of rushing an giving the customer something they didn't ask for. read more

The place was clean, the prices reasonable, loads of nail polish choices and everyone was very friendly. My manicurist, Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man!) was the best. I will be back. read more

Very dissatisfied... I went here because the nails I see in palm coast are beautiful and every time I ask where did you get your nails done they reply Flagler Nails... now maybe it's because I rock my natural hair that the min I walked in everyone is staring at me!! Then as I proceed to show the nail art that I want I get told that's gonna cost you money!!! ???? I'm sorry isn't that what I came in here to do! Spend money... anyways after that happens I constantly tell the man "James bond" that I don't like the shape of my nails he ignores me then after he paints them and notices for hisself that the shape is horrible he gets alittle frustrated and starts to file off the nail polish!! I didn't even care at this point I already had it in my mind I was headed to the next nail shop to get this fixed... I settled for something I didn't want just to get out of their! It looks horrible..I will not be back again..
