I paid extra for calendar removal on a basic pedicure, not gel. One of the young men working there put the solution on my feet didn't even let it sit in and immediately brought out the callus grater, and went way too hard.And he actually cut me on the side of my big toe, which I did not need to be filed. He took a layer of skin off in it bled, and it hurt.So that was really frustrating. .Pictures aren't pleasant, but even though the bleeding stopped, it hurts. And now I have to wear a big band aid around my toe to wear sandals until it heals.

Jennifer herself looked up and said the other tech's name, and all the technicians giggled, and they all went back to looking at their phones!
