My skin has become really sensitive over the past few years, so I have to be careful with nail services. The last place I went to didn't really understand that, so I came in a little nervous. I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. No itching, no dryness, no irritation at all. I'm actually going back tonight and this time I'm doing my toes too. Safe to say I found my spot.

She had an appointment with a female. She was not there and told us that this older man could do the nails. She wanted polka dots on her nails. My daughter was in tears when we got to the car. The nails were badly shaped, and the polka dots were not dots. They looked like a kid did them. I went back and spoke to them. The guy asked me what I wanted, and they told me that it was good that they were different sizes. We left. We went to LV Nails on Eastern. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The girls there could not believe the job done on the nails and assured my daughter they would fix it. We went back to K Nails to show them what the nails should have looked like. The lady was there and looked at the nails. I told them they should not have anyone who is not trained to do the work. I asked for a refund, but they denied it even after seeing that my daughter's nails had been redone. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. Definitely NOT WORTH GOING THERE!
