We went for pedicures and specialized manicures. At first we weren't sure if wanted us there as just opened and one person very formal, but then we got started and we both were happy with the results. Everyone turned out to be friendly. I went here because of the great reviews and honestly I'm very disappointed. They were able to get me in right away which was amazing. However, I came for a pedicure and the bowls for the feet you can tell weren't even cleaned between clients and the tub was still dirty. The tools they used look dirty. The girl was in such a rush to do my nails too. Drilled my natural nails without care and cut them without care. Barely shaped them. I don't know I was unfortunately very disappointed in the service and the quality. read more

I have no idea how this place has over 4 stars. I wish I could give it a lower score than 1 star. I have never had such a horrible set of nails. They were all different lengths and the shapes were mostly different. One was a ski slope, some were uneven and some not filed. It was dirty and the vibe was weird. Just bizarre. I cried as I walked out and when I got home I ruined a nail file trying to straighten them out. Promptly made an appointment somewhere else to fix them for the next morning. read more

I've done all of their services and am always impressed. Service is phenomenal and it's a genuinely peaceful place to hang out. You really can't go wrong with any of the service providers. First time here and haven't had my nails done in years. They took me an hour before they closed which was nice. I showed her a picture of what I wanted an "acrylic french full set". I didn't quite get what I asked for. She painted the tips white instead of acrylic white and did a tan skin tone instead of dark pink like the picture I showed her. She also glued the nails on fast didn't push or hold them down so they are lifting up, not straight and look weird. A couple nails are crooked. Under new management! I followed my regular nail tech, Dong, from the salon I've been going to for years as he ventures out on his own business. He and his wife recently purchased Hollywood Nails in May 2022. I'm so happy for them, they are the BEST! I would follow him anywhere, and have no problem driving from Downtown LV to see him every two weeks. The quality of nails and service here are stellar. He's so creative and his nail designs are so on trend that I get constant compliments wherever I go. I can trust him to do whatever I want with my nails. I can say that he was super booked up at his last salon so it won't be long until appointments will be necessary. I get my acrylic nails done every 6-8 weeks because I'm lazy, and my nails NEVER break. I paid 80 for long plain acrylic full set, my nail beds strong & I've never had them come off as easily as they have from here. my nails completely off before my baby announcement photos. not everyone has money to go get their nails fixed every 3 days, either start prepping nails properly & putting more time into it or lose lots of clients. Went back in the same day and was given such attitude by the girl who originally did my nails. She accused me of hitting my nail on something to break it. Um this is why I get dip manicures...because it's supposed to be so strong. Well that nail was fixed and the next day a different nail was chipped. This never happens to me. The glossy coat is coming off and my manicure looks weeks old. I will not be going back to Hollywood. read more

The manicure was ok. They charged me $60 for a fill. With gel polish. I don't know if this is standard now but it took her all of 20 minutes and she did one coat of polish and one coat of top coat. No massage. Nothing special. $60 is crazy for a basic fill. No design, no special shape or long length. read more
