I've been coming here for 5 years now and it is absolutely the only place I will go to get my nails done. (Same with my momma). The staff makes sure to take the time to make sure that I'm not just satisfied with my nails, but that I'm HAPPY with them!!! The owner, Jackie, is amazing and super personable. She always asks me how my fam is doin, and then we'll just talk about whatever! When I first started coming 5 years ago, I was still an avid nail biter and I had been all my life. Since then, with Jackie (and her staff's) consistent support, I've stopped biting my nails and I am SO happy with them. I'm familiar with her whole staff fam, so they know about my nails and will always add a nail strengthener if I ask, before the gels, to help keep them from breaking. My natural nail shape has a mind of its own and Jackie and her staff are always super great at fixing them up to look perfect! I added a picture of my nails from my last appointment!! There's usually a Netflix show or movie playing in the background, which I love. I had one of my appointments the day that "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" came out (the Zac Efron movie about Ted Bundy) and we watched that. Last time I was in, we watched "P.S. Started lecturing me about calling 2-3 days ahead since "no salon would be offering same day appointments nowadays." And then she asked so condescendingly: "you know we can't take walk-ins, right?" First of all, if you don't take same day appointments, just say so. That's all I needed to know. Don't lecture me about not calling earlier. Let me start by saying that I am usually very picky with my nails! I love crazy designs and like to know that I am going to get exactly what I envision! The ladies at Beauty Nails are so great at taking the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want! Their designs are on point and even exceed my visions sometimes! Recently my girlfriends and I wanted to schedule pedis for my birthday but wanted a late appointment so we could go have dinner and drinks, etc! These ladies didn't even hesitate, she said "what time and we will make it happen!" That was awesome... Not to mention how much personality all these ladies have at this salon! I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are super friendly. Emily is my go to girl! Though they all do amazing work she is my favorite! The only thing is they are always busy and have to book your appointment a few days in advance but so worth it! I went in for a fill and pedicure since I received a gift certificate and couldn't be happier with the results. I encourage everyone to give this place a try. It's not a quick stop kind of salon expect to be there for a couple hours when receiving a full set or more. STILL WORTH IT!!! read more

Wow! lets start there. this is by far the best nail shop have been to. the ladies are all so sweet and caring. they make you feel like your family from day one. They were so sweet to my 3 year old as well. did not feel like it was a problem that i brought her with me. Jackie was the first to do my nails and she fixed someone else mistake so well. Wow, worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I'm very basic when it comes to pedicures. I just need a good scrub, file, & a cute color. I didn't think they could mess it up. It was beyond unprofessional. The girl who was doing my nails knew NOTHING about giving pedicures. Absolutely NOTHING. She didn't even know how to properly file or cut my nails. She was using an extremely worn out foot scrub that wasn't working at all. I hesitantly pointed it out. The owner responded with "no it's fine just keep scrubbing". I was very uncomfortable but didn't want to be rude. Regardless, the times I nicely brought up an issue the owner kept challenging it. She would respond with "No it's fine ok she knows what she's doing". Finally I spoke up when she was painting my nails & the polish was coming out chunky. Looked like my 7 year old niece did it. Mind you this was after an hour and a half. Finally the owner took over (after 1.5 hrs) and she fixed my toes. After 2.5 hours I was able to finally leave!! It was so unprofessional. However, she didn't drop the price down to $20 without me having to ask. I mean that was the least she can do? Their place is also very dirty. The owner washes files and buffers for reuse knowing a new file should be opened for each customer. The utensils are rusted and her barbarcide isn't covered. She didn't use barbarcide for her metal utensils they just sit in water. This place is filthy and she doesn't clean the tubs with barbarcide either.  She also uses the same polish on people who's nails are infected with Fungus as as she does with people who's nails are healthy. Be aware of the owner she acts a bit off and watches crime shows all day and is very unprofessional and rude at times. She speaks badly of her staff and previous staff... It's annoying. read more

Seriously look at my cuticles.... I woke up this morning after getting my nails done yesterday, went to wash my hands and immediate pain in my fingers... she said my fingers were dry but this isn't from that this is from her butchering my fingers... these are supposed to be my wedding nails... this has never happened before! It was all good when I was getting them done, I liked the shape and the color and the chat I had with the technician. There were some cons, the place was quite dirty which I looked past because I wasn't there to eat, the massage chairs were old and creaked when the massager was on. Jackie did my sister nails which I will take a picture of and it looks like a 5 year old did her nails. She didn't even want to show them to me, then the technician I was working with picked up on the feeling she didn't like her nails and asked her and she agreed they didn't look to great. My sister honestly shouldn't have paid full price... $50 dollars for something she absolutely hates. Sorry but this place is a no go... read more

Stubbled across this salon while in Henderson visiting family. They were able to get me in right away. Everyone was so welcoming, and Joanna treated me well! Helped me pick a perfect nude color and suggested a fun sparkle accent nail! It was nice being able to hold a full on conversation during my appointment! Everyone felt like family. This place was HORRIBLE. The employees were very rood and seemed to not care to do a good job at all. The salon didn't look very well kept and it smelled horrible. The nail polish they used peeled of within a day of wearing them.Then out of nowhere in the middle of my appointment, she walked outside and screamed rudely at little kids who were playing in the back of her salon, who I could barely hear but she told them that were being very loud and disrespectful when they were really just being kids trying to have fun while they were probably with their mother or father at their work. I came in for a fill the beginning of September. I saw a sign while grabbing some Starbucks and decided to give them a try after reading the reviews. I walked right in and they took me right in. The owner started my nails, while Michelle was finishing up with one of her clients. They were really friendly. I received a fill and she charged me $30 if I wanted regular polish or $40 for gel. I went with gel. I was happy with my set. A few days later ALLLL my nails started to lift. This is probably the fastest it's ever happens. One nail peeled off, then the others lifted so bad after a week that they all started to come off. I went in as soon as I was able to, I talked to the owner, she said she couldn't get me in because she had an appointment in 30 mins. So at this point I was missing 3 nails as every other nail was lifting half way.. I told her I couldn't go to work so I'd have to go elsewhere. She said she would fix the 3 nails and that's all she could do. It was 1pm.. so I figured her appointment would be in by 130.. she finished my 3 nails at 1:50 and no sight of anyone. The son was empty when I got there and the entire time I was there.. my nails were lumpy and not in the best shape. I asked her if my nail was supposed to be lumpy and lopsided. She said she didn't have time to do anything else. I was not satisfied with my nails. I don't like to complain. I usually just go elsewhere, but I've never been so disappointed with something. I love this place! It's nice small and comfortable! My sister and I go there at least once a month for a wax job from Jackie! She is such a nice women and we enjoy talking to her! As for our wax jobs they are great! My sister has messed up her eyebrows plenty of times by shaving, and mine weren't much better with over plucking. Jackie makes them beautiful and takes her time cutting.waxing and shaping them so they look the best they can! I plan on getting my nails done here soon and will update my review after,but as of now I highly recommend the waxing! read more

My hands are in water all day and I am very hard on my nails because of my job but they have stayed on with little to no lifting. They are shaped perfectly and are not too thick or thin. The customer service is astonishing! I love how friendly, sweet and fun these women are. They're so open to to giving you suggestions on new looks and they're so willing to try new things on my nails. I've never had one woman act like my decisions inconvenienced them. The artistry each woman has is remarkable, especially Emily and Sha. I always go back and forth between these girls because each of them does such an amazing and unique job. It can be pricey but the quality of your nails is incredible. I've opened drawers, doors and done various other things with my nails that I could've sworn would break my them---but nope. Granted, after doing it enough times it does get a bit loose. Still, the fact that they don't break is awesome. As an aside, don't use your nails like they're tools, I do it due to the nature of my job. To clarify, walk-ins are always welcome but if the girls are booked then unfortunately there just isn't any time to do your nails. My first visit I was a walk-in and thankfully they happened to have a cancellation. As another aside, if you're gonna insult someone on Yelp at least use the right word. Hints. LOL read more

The guy didn't give me a massage at all, my heels were still rough and he never talked until I said I was graduating from college on Saturday. I walked in because there's a sign saying walk-in welcome, but come to find out I had to make an appointment because she was booked up for the afternoon, and she couldn't fit me in. I came back for my appointment that I made. My nails were mediocre, and not even 2 weeks later are they falling apart. They use profanity and the manager allows it. I was recently traveling through Henderson on my way to Las Vegas and needed an emergency mani/pedi. I called Beauty Nail Salon on my way over and was able to make a same day appointment. Dani gave me a fantastic mani/pedi. I wish I lived closer so I could come regularly. She helped me choose a shade that was in style and the polish lasted for two weeks on my fingers and even longer on my toes. The mani/pedi took a little longer than other places I've been, but there was TV to watch to pass the time and the results were worth it. Everyone was very nice! the salon is a bit on the smaller side, but the environment was very friendly and welcoming.
