Then when someone finally acknowledged me, there was no warmth or customer service. What really bothered me was feeling nickel-and-dimed over my fill service. I already came in with oval-shaped nails, yet I was told I'd be charged an extra fee to "reshape" them. In my opinion, basic shaping during a fill should already be included in the service price, especially when maintaining the same shape. Customer service and transparency matter just as much as the nails themselves. Sadly, this visit did not feel welcoming or worth the experience I expected.

I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful.
