Trends Nail Spa is an excellent Jewel nestled in Henderson. I've been coming here a handful of times. My experience has always been wondering, and the patient's cases are reasonable. Their personnel are phenomenal; the massage chair is excellent and has various options. The list of pedicure options is impressive; my favorite is the one that focuses on the callus. Jay was my nail tech this week; she was professional and detailed. I enjoyed the ease of going on the website and scheduling an appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the music playing in the background is tranquil. There's always ample parking. After 2 years of looking for a new one and countless techs/salons I finally found this place and it's close to home! I got my nails done by Kevin and since then I've been just going back to him. Ive had good pedicures here but they do not value your time. They will have you "come in early" to try and make it seem like they are working to squeeze you in but its just a move to sit and have you still wait 20+ mins AFTER your appointment time. Overall, I was very impressed with this place. I came as a walk in and they serviced me immediately. I got to meet the new management and they are a very nice couple. They just reopened recently and did lots of upgrades. It is beautifully designed with a luxurious ambiance. I requested a acrylic removal and a new gel full set. Ambria did my nails and she did a beautiful job! She was very happy and gave me an amazing time. Went in for pedicure 10 days later polish is peeling. So went back for polish change as this has happened to me before years ago and was told it was the polish. So of course didn't want same polish picked another color but they charged me for polish change the owner Kevin did my pedicure I won't be back all about the money no customer service and had to wait 45 minutes to be taken care of I absolutely HATE when a company refuse to own that they were at fault and the customer has to pay for bad service. Inferior product and bad customer service definitely won't be back. This is the 4th nail salon at this location and they were all bad and this one is expensive and horrible. I wanted to like this place and have it be my new go to nail spot, but the quality is just not up to par. Take your money and time elsewhere! I first went it as they were having an opening sale. I thought the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The owner even took the time to greet everyone, chatted for a bit and offered a refreshment, which I thought was a nice touch. I was happy with how my nails turned out initially. Before my next appointment, they started to lift like crazy, one nail even breaking, but I wanted to give them another try since I had a good initial experience. The lady that did my nails the second time around kept complaining of how much they were lifting and how bad they looked and kept pushing for a new set rather than a fill. She even took pics of my nails without my consent. All the comments and photos made feel uncomfortable, especially since I had the nails done at their salon. Come to find out the person who did my nails initially was no longer there and had been fired. The owner apologized for the situation and said he would make it up at my next appointment (why not just address it now???). Needless to say, the nails did not last very long, started cracking on the side and lifting. I won't be going back. read more
