1st time having a Mani-Pedi by Hayley. Found my go-to nail salon. Hayley is super nice, doesn't rush, & very gentle w/my nails. I got regular nail polish on the toenails and then tried dip powder on the fingernails. It's supposed to be healthier for your nails. Awesome job Hayley! read more

As I was attempting to remain patient, give it shot, I started to notice some things: 1) trimmed beard hair on the floor near the pedicure chairs, 2) dust and grime here, there, and everywhere 3) no employees wearing gloves, 4) a very strong mildew smell, and 5) noticing the equipment was very old. I started to feel extremely uncomfortable and suspecting the tools weren't sanitized, so I left! I am wishing this business the best recovery in their services offered and sanitation.

The only things said to me were attempts to upsell--first pushing gel because "regular polish will take too long to dry," then questioning why I wasn't getting a manicure too. I had already been clear at check-in about what I wanted. It didn't feel like anyone was there to take care of me--it felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Meanwhile, the person next to me started at least 10 minutes before I did and was still relaxing in the chair when I was already walking out the door. I'm sure there are great technicians here, but the one I had clearly prioritized speed over quality. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had this kind of experience at AM Nails--and it's probably the last.

The salon is next door on the west side) of Miracle Revival Church and across from Sunnyside Diner. There is free parking on the street and I believe there is some parking in the lot next to the salon where diner patrons also park. The brick building looks very similar to the church so you could easily miss it. When you walk in the door that says "Inspired Nail Bar," there is another business to the right and hers is straight into the door in front of you. Her salon is nice and quiet. Kiki is the owner and only nail technician, so it's just the two of you unless you bring a friend or the next client comes in. I hadn't been to a private salon in quite a while, but I like it! I requested gel nails. She uses Kiara Sky, which I have seen, but never used. She took the time to talk to me, asked me what I wanted, what I liked and she made it a very pleasant experience. She keeps a clean, cute shop. I look forward to going back for a pedicure in the near future.

I found Hayley through her reviews on Yelp - she was the only nail salon I found with a perfect 5 star rating and now I understand why! I never liked getting my nails done because normal salons will rush you in and push you out, and you never know which technician you will get as well as their quality (or cleanliness) of work. The experience with Hayley is completely opposite - she is patient, detail-oriented, and very, very clean. Each client will receives their own nail file and buffer, and she lines the foot bath with a plastic liner for extra sanitation. She is also so, so sweet and extremely timely with her responses. I have never been one to get my nails done on a regular basis, but meeting Hayley has changed my nail experience forever! I recommend her to all of my friends and couldn't be more pleased with her services. read more

Haley is the absolute best! If you want top quality nails and service she is the one! A friend introduced me to Haley about 2 years ago and I will never go anywhere else. She does AMAZING work! Haley has a private booth at Sola salon which I love because I'm not in a room full of people and most importantly it is super clean. Haley is a perfectionist and she takes pride in her work. Found Hayley via a review on Google, and am so happy I did! Her shop is in Sola Salon where everyone has their own shop rather than a booth rental. She is very attentive and clearly very experienced, the room and equipment are very clean, and she makes solid recommendations based on your preferences and experience with you. Hayley is very easy to get in touch with, and treats you very special. She is flexible and respectful of your time. I have now been going to Hayley for over 6 months. What I like about Nails by Hayley is the personalized experience she gives you. You don't come into her place and wait around for a nail technician-- you book your appointment and come in and she is ready to pay attention to YOU. She does not rush to get a new client in because she is focused on giving you gorgeous nails that last a long time. I get the dip nails each time I go and I am always satisfied-- they are not glumpy or thick, and they stay on for at least 3 1/2 -4 weeks. She is now my permanent nail technician! read more

I don't recommend if you want to ensure you get your nails done and have a busy schedule. It was obvious she just didn't want to work on Memorial Day and decided last minute to cancel her appts.
