They have a great color selection Ivan did an incredible job with the pedicure; he was very gentle but thorough and did a clean job with the painting -- no chipping after a couple of days of regular polish! Nathan did a very nice job too with the cat eye polish and he was very quick but careful I can't recommend this place enough. Most salons do the bare minimum, if even that. But Forever Nails is another level of consistency and quality compared to other salons that is good for when you do not have an at-home tech.

I wanted to get away from acrylic as I had been doing them for over 30 years. So I recently had to go in for surgery and knew recovery was going to be over a month so I took off my nails and that would be the perfect time to move on... So fast forward to today (6 weeks post surgery) finally ready to get a new set so I went to Yelp to find a new place that had high star reviews within 25 min of my house and found this place. So called and made a same day appointment and was set with Ivan. I'm so happy Ivan took the time to listen to what I wanted and knowing this was my first gel x set he talked about the process and we were ready to go. Now the lady who did my mothers nails was named Ana, and she hardly spoke, got nail polish on my mothers skin (both hands and feet) She even accidentally made my mothers cuticles bleed for her manicure. They did offer a $20 refund after I called, but overall there was a serious lack of communication and quality. Customers should know beforehand when an advertised part of a service is unavailable. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work.
