The most dishonest place for nails I've ever had. Took my girls ages 11 and 9 and prior service they told me that due to their ages, manicure was going to be $25. One of my daughters wanted a flower design which they said $5 extra and I was fine with it. When I was going to pay, they charged me $82 because they now say that french tip is more expensive which they did not say! The dishonesty is incredible, they don't tell customers the truth just so they can charge you more!! Last time. You guys lost customers. No wonder why the there is a 3.9 stars. The salon is under new management now. Helen was very welcoming and got me in quickly without an appointment. She did a great job on my dip nails and was very gentle on my nails. They look and feel fantastic. Ana did my gel pedicure and I chose #2 with paraffin wax and callus treatment. Ten minute massage with hot rocks was amazing. Okay so I'm very picky when getting my mani pedis. My boss refereed me to this place here off the 76 and I'm so so glad I came! For only $40 you get a pedicure WITH sugar scrub and massage!! I had Lani, she even pressed on pressure points in my legs and feet which felt amazing!! The massage lasted a while. They are so kind and nice. Amazing service. Other places just rub lotion on and don't actually massage. I didn't get hurt no cuts no pain. My daughter had Sophie and we are both very satisfied. You have your own foot files and it clean here. I visited the salon a few days ago while I was in town. It was a rainy day so they weren't busy. The older man working there did my nails. I chose a color. He went to grab bowls to soak my nails in and wiped his nose with both hands, multiple times. Did not wash his hands. He took my gel off in the strangest way I've ever seen - used the drill to drill off some and then soaked my hands in acetone. I've been using gel for 10 years and have never seen someone do this. He also drilled my nail beds so thin that they are actually painful to the touch now. Any time I graze my fingers over anything it hurts. He barely filed my nails, the shapes are all uneven. The gel itself must have been old, it clumped up on my nails and on the sample was purple but came out brown. I could see him trying to scrape off the excess gel, but to no avail. When he was done there was gel all over the sides and under my nails. It bubbled up on the top and has since peeled off of several nails. They were already chipped when I got home from working later that evening (I don't do anything intense that would make them chip). The next day they began to chip off. I definitely don't recommend having the older male do your nails here. read more

Air bubbles and lint in my finished nails. Charged the price of an Acrylic set for gel nails. $55 for some gel is absurd. Although they are gel they have damaged my nails as if they were acrylics. The very simple flower design was done at an amateur level. They did not care if they hurt you or not in the process. Also didn't cut my cuticles. One of the worst experiences all around. read more

I called them and they told me to come in and they could do it for me. They were really nice to me. They understood the assignment and gave me what I wanted. What a waste of time and money... but more importantly: TIME! A man did my full set and this was the result. The mail wasn't even on my nail bed, the shape was completely rounded and uneven and the polish was so thick I could peel it off the acrylic. And the design was a complete result of inexperience and lack of nail tech skills. There's no way that this person was license by the state board. I reached out to the owner and she told me to please come back to fix them after she saw the photos. I went back to have reshaped and painted... I told them I have an hour...and got there exactly at 1pm. Didn't get serviced until about 1:25. At 1:50 I told them I needed to go soon and they suggested I come back later for polish. That would be 3 visits to get my nails the way I wanted them and paid for them. Never again! On the hunt now for a new salon! read more
