I'm so glad I listened to the reviews because Kiki was absolutely phenomenal! Not only is Kiki's personality infectious, she balances this out with her attention to detail and her true love for her profession. Kiki made me feel very much at ease and comfortable and we talked to each other like we knew each for a long time. Because Kiki made me feel so at ease, my appointment with her went by so quickly but she also ensured that I was hairless before I left her table in the allotted time. I have been waxing for about 5 years now and I have no complaints with my regular esthetician. But I found myself clear across the United States from her and in need of a wax job. Don't expect to wait long and do your work because my esthetician Chrissy was very much on time. Chrissy was so pleasant and cheerful, and made the whole process of waxing not uncomfortable. This was not my first experience with Natura. I have always been pleased with Natura. Every esthetician that has worked on me has always asked if the wax is too hot or if I'm uncomfortable, because they are so concerned about your comfort. In addition, the estheticians are perfectionists. They will take the time to tweeze every hair to make sure that it looks just perfect when you leave. I did not get any of their facial services when I went, but I have had a facial with them before and it was one of the best experiences I've had. It was almost like having a massage. The aromatherapy and the different creams they use on your face was just like heaven. The prices at Natura are very competitive. The service is always amazing. I got treated today to a spa day from hubby and I opted for the Heaven Royal Hammam treatment, which was amazing. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now. I've been with my best friend to get a couples massage and with my husband to get a couples massage and they never disappoint. Very relaxing. You even get a treat with Moroccan tea. My therapist today was Paola. If you ever have the opportunity to come, you won't be disappointed. Very good service.
