When I came in for my appointment, I was told by the woman "I don't talk to you while I work", so I was sitting there with the tv blaring the whole time, not a relaxing experience. My nails chipped and peeled within one week and my daughter was very unhappy with her nails because the woman was hasty and did not listen to what she wanted. When it was time for us get our nails done again I searched for another place and we are THRILLED with Julie. She does a gray job, she listens, she is meticulous about her quality of work AND she is a sweet nice woman. My daughter just went back to get a fill and her nails are beautiful. I have not needed to go back yet because she did my nails so nicely that they have not chipped or peeled after 2 1/2 weeks. We HIGHLY recommend Julie!!!

I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back!

I headed over to Instagram to check out her work and was ready to book my June appointments. -quick back story, I have been a "picker" my whole life , my mom thought I bit my nails but I would just pick the side and rip them off (eek). As I got older I would get acrylics to prevent me from picking them. Well a couple of years ago I had the worst acrylic experience of my life and my nail beds were ruined! It took a couple of years to get them back to "normal" (still a picker!) so the beginning of this year I decided I wanted to finally try and get my natural nails to grow out - found my previous girl, who was pretty far from me but well worth it, but with her distance and multiple price increases since January, it was just not in my budget as I love to be able to give a decent tip as well. So I kindly messaged her and told her how much I would miss her and went on my search and booked with Zu as I like to have my appointments ready every 3 weeks. Well Anxiety hit a week after my last appointment and I pulled off all the gel and picked my nails short (crying face). Since I already booked with Zu for summer frenchies I went back to see if I could edit my appointment but didn't find how and she was already booked for almost the whole month of June so I just left it and waited until my appt yesterday 6/9. At my appointment I was greeted kindly and since she was running a bit behind I interrupted her appt (so sorry!) and asked if I could pay with card or tap. In case I had to run to the bank (I know I should have researched this previously) she took Venmo or Zelle which I have so I sat and waited my turn. Not long after she was done and called me in. Welcomed me, offered a snack (I am a snacker but, anxiety, and I declined). Immediately Zu was very kind started getting conversation, had me choose my colors, let me discuss my short nails situation and showed her a different inspo and she said we can do that instead if I want. She put on a show, that I need to continue watching because I can't wait 3 weeks to find out what happens! Lol Anyway Long Story Short (hehe) she nailed the inspo pic on these tiny nails and I absolutely LOVE them! I cannot wait to continue my journey with her to grow out my nails again and I look forward to staying a client a very long time ! Super Bonus, she is only like 5-8 minutes away from me with amazing prices! AND she does pedicures! I no longer have to go to 2 separate salons to get a mani and pedi!! Thank you Zu! I always get complements after getting my facials. She does not push product on you but does have a lot of the products I am interested in trying. You do need an ..appointment but she is very flexible relaxing and it is a charming location.
