I had gone in with my 2 friends and they were accused of not paying after they were waiting for me outside because my service took longer because they didn't have an actual nail tech available for my appointment time. This place has not been the best each time but I always came back out of convenience but I will no longer be giving them my business. Also when I asked my friends who accused them the receptionist intervened and said "no one was accusing you" while rolling her eyes. No one was speaking with her. While the one who accused them said nothing.

I made an appointment and was immediately taken back and helped. I asked if they had a certain color and they looked for it, but didn't end up having it. They helped me find an equivalent color, and it ended up being so good. Lindsey did my hands and toes and killed it. She was personable and we talked the whole time which was nice. She made sure I liked my nails every step of the way, and would tweak whatever was needed. She took her time and was super detailed oriented. I decided to stick with Katy because she knows how to do the poly gel technique. Poly gel combines the durability of acrylic with the flexibility of gel. I chose a simple color, as always, with no embellishments. Salon is clean, as were the tools and equipment. I desperately needed the massage chair, and I made full use of it during my service. Cindy was thorough - my nails were evenly clipped, cuticles trimmed, and the massage was strong. She did a great job with the paint; no bare spots on my nails and no polish on my skin.
