It's a small place - and street parking can be tricky. But I was fortunate to get a spot right out front. I stepped inside and saw the various containers of products and was pleased. Not only were there things that I use every day, but the prices were ridiculously affordable. Isela (theeee sweetest person) gave me a brief, but thorough "tour" that was absolutely fascinating. She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! Please do not go to this Walgreens. It has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read morehad. The manager, Maribel, always seems to be in a bad mood, no matter what day it is. She often comes across with an attitude, slams items around, and makes customers feel like they're an inconvenience. Even simple products like Colgate toothpaste are locked up, and when you ask for assistance, she responds as if she doesn't want to help. The only positive experience I've had is with Leo, the cashier. He is always kind, patient, and respectful to customers. Another ongoing issue is that the store's machines frequently break down, and customers are made to feel like it's somehow their fault. The store also doesn't seem to have much in stock. I've noticed other customers complaining that no one comes when they ask for help, and when someone finally does, they often seem annoyed or upset about having to assist. Since many people in this neighborhood are elderly, it was especially upsetting to see them being treated this way. I hope management addresses these issues because every customer deserves to be treated with respect.

I had my medication delayed by an entire day even though the app said it would be ready the night before. Use the app to check your medication status and refill. I've been trying to get my mom to use the app instead of calling Walgreens or going in person to ask about a status of a medication. My recommendation would be to wait for the notification or check the app before driving over. You can set notifications as a text when your mediciation is ready. If you arrive to the store and your medication is not ready, the phamacist may be able to get your medication ready in 20-40 minutes while you wait. However, if the medication can wait until app says ready, it saves you being turned away or waiting for it in the store. If it's a busy day with more than 5 folks in line at a time.... then be prepared to wait like 40 minutes. Then you gotta get back in line to ask if it's ready. For the store review, the store has also been understaffed for a while. Sometimes the lines are very long. The store is generally clean though and the employees are kind. Sometimes, there's not much you can do when there's a rush of people coming in during lunch or after school. Another tip I recommend is the Walgreens app sometimes has way better deals if you buy on there and pick-up in store.

It's kind of weird to see so many complaints about the service here. I've always been treating pretty well here. Even taking my passport photos. There was a mom with a young infant taking a passport photo on the counter on its back with the mom shaking a foil bag of snacks to get him/her at the camera. The worker was very patient and I was entertained though I had to wait. They haven't lost any packages or manhandled anything yet so I've got no complaints.
