When I made my appointment I asked for a pedicure with an experienced technician. I have been to several nail salons that assign an inexperienced technician and am always disappointed. I wanted to try a new salon in my area. I was ready to get the higher priced pedicure and pamper myself. I had the WORST experience in the decades of getting pedicures in my life. The gentleman that was assigned to me conitnually tried to cut my nails so close to my skin that I told him it hurt and to stop. Instead he continued telling me that we needed to "work together" and to "look at him" so that he could tell if I was in pain and then and only then he would stop. Appalled to say the least, I told him to stop immediately and put some polish on so I could leave. I don't ever write reviews, let alone negative ones. But I can honestly say this was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. read more

As much as I wanted to like this place I was there with my daughter and friend 1 week ago... I got the overlay gel that was $60 and a gel pedicure. The man and woman that did my nails I don't think they were experienced my nails are bulky, and they are already chipping. I didn't realize that I didn't like them till the next day. My daughter loved her gel x and maybe they are better at that, but me and my friend that got gel, we noticed chipping within days. There is no way, for the prices and service and quality, that we'll be coming back. No way. I miss the old nail place that was there before. I want to give this place grace since it just opened and they were very nice, so I don't want to go back and complain to them. I just hope they do better. read more
