I called around noon to confirm they were open and to schedule an appointment for a simple acrylic nail removal. I was told I could come in at 4:30 PM, so I arrived at my scheduled time. When I checked in, the employee immediately questioned whether I was in the right place and whether I actually had an appointment. After I explained that I had called earlier and was given a 4:30 appointment, she insisted there was no appointment on the schedule and repeatedly asked who I had spoken with. At that point, I explained that all I needed was a basic acrylic removal. She eventually told me to wait, so I did. Not only was the service disorganized, but I also felt I was overcharged for such a simple removal service. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. If you're looking for a salon that values customer service and respects its customers' time, I would suggest trying another nail salon. Rating: (1/5) - The service was completed, but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unfriendly customer service made for a disappointing experience. I told the tech that I didn't like the color, but she said it looks darker after it dries. It didn't. The books are not accurate to color, so when they ask you if you like it and you don't, change it right then.

Parking in this neighborhood can be really, really challenging, so give yourself a few extra minutes to either circle the block a few times or maybe park a couple blocks away and walk.
