I asked how much longer the wait might be since other clients were being helped (which I understand may have been appointments), and I wanted to know if I had enough time to stay or if I needed to leave. They were very kind and let me know I was next. Lily ended up helping me, and she was amazing. She was so attentive and apologetic about the wait, even though it was really my own time crunch. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail with my nails. In the 20+ years I've been getting my nails done, this is honestly one of the few times I can truly say they came out perfect from the shape to the polish to the design. The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I especially loved the pedicure chair, which gave a 30-minute shiatsu massage during my service--pure heaven. All the technicians were smiling and engaging with their clients, and you could feel the positive energy in the room.
