I called today and asked for an appointment with Mina but when I got there Lee said she was going…read moreto do my nails even though I reiterated that I asked for Mina (who wasn't with any other clients). I then asked Lee if she does builder gel and she said yes and said she would give me a builder gel manicure. By the time she finished removing my existing gel, she told me the dip would be better for my nails. I allowed her to use the dip but I asked her to create an apex. With the language barrier she had no clue what I was talking about and she refused to look at images to understand what I wanted. One of my nails was really lumpy (precisely why I didn't want dip, because I've never had a smooth application) and I asked Lee to fix it. She said it would get smoothed down when she went over the nails with the nail drill. Well, the nail is just as lumpy now as before. She cut one of my cuticles causing it to bleed and she was so aggressive with the file on another nail so that cuticle started bleeding as well. The top coat application was poor and I can see visible streaks on two of my nails where she didn't apply the coat smoothly, and I have a bubble on another nail. The insult to injury is that she charged me $70 for the horrible nail job and I had to run out to find a bank machine because she didn't want to accept debit card payment. Needless to say, I will never go back. I gave two stars because I got in quickly and it was five minutes from my home. Beyond that, not a single good thing about the service.
