-new to salon: some good, some bad -was taken as a walk in…read more-lots of chit chat among workers (in their language) & salon phone rang constantly, so was not relaxing at all: suggest some calming background music to give a more spa like feel & answering machine - also technicians not working on clients sat in pedi chairs scrolling phones: very unprofessional (install a screen or such and a couple chairs and be out of sight) - had a guy who didn't pay attention during pedi. During foot prep (constantly looking around) and then I felt and noticed an actual bleeding cut on the side of my foot from overly aggressive scrubbing (& pointed it out to my technician who played the 'I don't understand' card - language was not the problem, the fact I was bleeding was!!!) -I also want to see this salon open instruments to be used on me from a sterilization bag opened in front of me (I'm in health care & this is needed in this day and age). It made me uncomfortable not knowing if what was being used on me was actually sterile. -polish application was done well & the overall price good -checking out told woman in charge of my cut & showed pic as it was no small wound: only got a "sorry" -no compensation offered so no tip and out the door & can't in good conscience recommend Needs much improvement!!!!
