This place is the worst nail salon I've ever been in. I went in here one day to get a mani & pedi. I sat down for my pedicure first. The female nail tech couldn't get my toe nail polish off. It was a regular color with a coat of glitter. Not sure why her nail polish remover wasn't taking my polish off?? It wasn't gel, just a regular nail polish. So what does she do? She just decides she's going to give me a pedicure with the polish on. I was like "wooooo what are you doing?" I suggested that she try acetone nail polish remover & she didn't want to. She just wanted to start pushing my cuticles back & use a fingernail file to try & get my polish off. There was NO way I was going to sit there for this 1/2 "a*s" pedicure so I got up & started to walk out. Of course her co-worker's were looking @ me & her as she was walking behind me. I told them "I'm leaving, she doesn't know what she is doing!" Of course she started talking about me in her language along with her co-workers. I went straight to another nail salon in town & guess what???? They had NO problem taking the polish off my toe nails. I've never been so disgusted with a nail salon as I was in this place. I haven't been back, nor will I & I tell friends's & family not to step foot into this establishment. read more

I went here with the intent to get a pink french tip gel dip for prom, but that's not what I left with. There wasn't a wait before they had begun to start my nails. They didn't drill much, which was nice, but once they started doing the dip something seemed off. The shape of the nails was probably the worst part, aside from not getting the color I asked for. The shape was all mismatched across my nails and most of them had a weird texture. It was bumpy and not smooth in many places across the nails. Apart from that, the technician started doing a white french tip, which was not what I asked for. When all was done, I noticed that the french tip was not even across the nails and some started/ended in different places. The line for the french tip was not harsh at all and was more like if you blurred it out with photoshop. Many places across the nails had random white spots and obvious mistakes. Lifting started not even a day after having them on. Normally I wouldn't be so judgmental about nails because it is a difficult job, but the experience was extremely frustrating. The service was alright, the lady was nice, but the person doing my nails seemed uninterested in me and seemed inconvenienced by me being there. They were not friendly and did not seem not interested in any sort of small talk. For that reason, I was uncomfortable with asking for the tips to be pink, as they did not seem to want to fix it at all. Ended up ripping them off and putting on press ons the day of prom. read more

Got an express mani pedi, regular polish. The pedi was fine but I was not impressed with the manicure. The male manicurist (didn't catch his name) was in a hurry to leave. He didn't properly file my nails. On my right hand he did 2 coats then a top after which he asked if they're "ok" and I said it could use another coat so then I got 3 coats of polish on the left hand and a top. Of course unsurprisingly, the right hand started chopping the next day. He just didn't really care if I was happy with the result. read more

Went to LA Nails for the first time this weekend after having seen it dozens of times. The staff was really friendly, funny and talkative. A nice change from some of the other salons in the area. A mix of men and women working at the salon, and they seem to have a lot of nail stations. Only three pedicure baths which could be limiting if you show up without an appointment. Though, I was a walk-in and waited less than 10 minutes for my pedicure. Clean, good prices, and friendly service. read more

Went here based on the good reviews and was very disappointed. The entire pedicure was rushed and lasted 15 minutes, in which the entire time the woman made it pretty clear, based on how abrupt and rough she was with me, that she wasn't happy about having to do a pedicure. The massage lasted about one minute, and she left streaks of lotion that I had to rub in myself. I don't need people to be jumping for joy when they give me a pedicure, but it would have been nice if I didn't feel like I was completely putting her out. It wasn't relaxing at all and I definitely won't be going back. Maybe it's just this one woman, or she was having a bad day, but for $25 I'm not risking it again. read more

I always go here while I'm away at school. They do a good job. Unlike so many other nail places they actually make conversation with you and ask you how you want your acrylic nails (what shape, how thin/thick, etc). They take their time and I always leave satisfied. Usually you don't need an appointment and they will take you as a walk in. read more

Went today for a pedi and manicure and don't think I would go again. It was my 1st time here. I had a older guy who seemed bored and in a rush. He completed both in 30 minutes. He even managed to cut the cuticle on my thumb in his rush to finish. I did see Lillian (positive reviews of her here on Yelp) with a client and she seemed very nice and personable. You clearly need to ask for an appointment with her. read more

My review is in regards to acrylic nails. I had a fill done about a week ago and 8/10 nails have popped off. The nails were all different sizes and unfortunately I didn't pay enough attention during my appointment. Gel color chipped within a couple days too. This might be a great place for a pedicure or regular mani but don't pay $50 for acrylics here. read more

My adorable son gave me a gift certificate here for my birthday. First time I went I had a great pedicure. Went back to use the rest of my certificate.... BIG MISTAKE! I am still growing out the nails that and older, not very gentle or "Spa" like in any way basically tossed each finger aside when it was done, used an electric file and went way too deep into my nail bed.... I would neither go back, nor recommend to others. The pedicure bathwater was not near warm enough. The manicurist was rushed and vigorous. There is no foot/ankle/calf massage unless you ask for it. I used to come here every two weeks for my acrylic nails. I stopped coming when I stopped getting my nails done about 3 years ago. I have recently started getting Shellac/Gel nails again and have been going to Exotic Nails further south on route one. I went there today and they were closed for "renovations" so I decided to go back to LA Nails. When I walked in (with no appointment 1 hour from closing time), the nail tech that I used to see all the time remembered me immediately. He welcomed me back and did a fantastic job on my nails. The reason I like this place more than Exotic Nails and that I will be going here regularly again is the personal service. You actually feel appreciated for your business and feel taken care of. Everyone here is so nice and personable. This is not a production line nail salon that just wants to rush you in and out. One person works on your nails, talks to you and makes sure you are completely happy. When I used to go here before my break from nail care I killed the battery in my car leaving my lights on and the guys came out in the pouring rain to help me push start my car. No hesitation. That's caring for your customers. I have never forgotten that and I regret that I ever went anywhere else. Worth every penny...and a ten dollar tip :) read more

Absolutely REPULSED leaving my poorly done manicure is an understatement. The man who worked with me did not wear gloves and had the most disgusting crusty long nails. He kept using the tip of those bacteria carrying nails to sweep under my nail bed. I wanted to leave the whole time. I'm nervous that the dirt from his clearly never taken care of, dirty nails is now giving me an infection. He spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me and my nails looked like I did them myself. So angry and frustrated that this facility is allowed to be in business. Please, spend your money elsewhere! read more
