They even helped me out with an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me; it's healed up perfectly now. The staff has always been super friendly and considerate throughout the process. The only small quirk is that they sometimes perform manicures at the pedicure stations. When my wife and I went recently for just a manicure, we were seated in the pedicure chairs instead of at a standard table. It can feel a bit awkward with the angles, but it doesn't necessarily take away from the quality of the service, it's just an interesting choice. I really love the various packages they offer; it's always a relaxing time. Parking is also a huge plus here. The lot is quite ample, so I've never had an issue finding a spot quickly. The previous salon I used to go to my acrylics or gel x would only last 1.5 weeks and then start lifting. I was overdue for a fill and couldn't wait another week, so I booked the first available appointment. Unfortunately, this visit was a HUGE disappointment. I paid around $100 (not including tip) and left genuinely UNHAPPY with my nails. The tech seemed inexperienced and struggled throughout the entire appointment. She kept having to redo the cat eye design over and over again, filing my nails down, repainting them, wiping them off with acetone, and repeating the process multiple times. By the end, my nails felt ROUGH, OVERFILED, DRY, and honestly RAW from all the filing and acetone. The shaping was also really inconsistent. I asked for a soft square round shape, but she kept shaping them more like coffin nails. Even after I pointed out that some nails were VISIBLY CROOKED and SLANTED, the issues still weren't corrected properly. None of the nails looked uniform or symmetrical. What made it even more frustrating was that the design itself was simple, just cat eye with chrome on top, yet the appointment took FOREVER, and the chrome started PEELING almost immediately afterward. I'm honestly not someone who likes leaving negative reviews because I genuinely have had so many good experiences at this salon before. But this appointment was frustrating enough that I literally cried in my car right after from how disappointed and embarrassed I felt.
