Most of the technicians are friendly but today and I had a technician assigned that was fairly rude but just let it go. I asked for the promo that was by the cash register. The technician looked and advised that it was no longer available. Fine, I proceeded with a different treatment Towards the end of my session, another customer came in and the manager walked up to her and told her about the promo. I said I was told it wasn't available and was met with a curt "i guess she didn't know" no apologies, no making up for it - just too bad. The customer took it and she was met with enthusiasm I was very annoyed and when I went to pay, told the manager why I was upset, she kept asking for payment and simply said she didn't know about the transaction with an 'oh well" attitude. I don't plan on returning. She responded f you're interested, you can always come back - obviously with sarcasm. My problem is the manager has a condescending attitude and obviously does not take a customer friendly approach.

She uses the best polish that actually strengthens your nails and will help them grow with regular maintenance. I've never had polish last as long as 4 weeks as it does after one of Olga's appointments. This means there is no polish or rough edges for me to pick at like I used to, and over time, I have learned to stop picking at them altogether. I had specifically scheduled my new set with Amy when I made the appointment four days in advance. However, when we got there, it became clear that she had been double-booked, and there was confusion from the very beginning about who was supposed to do my nails. For a service that was booked several days ahead of time, I expected things to be much more organized. I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures at 5:30 PM. When we arrived, they had us sit at the pedicure stations and started on our nails. My sister was able to get her pedicure while her nails were being done, but I was told to wait for another pedicure technician to finish with a client. What was especially frustrating was that the front desk employee knew we had appointments for two pedicures. When a pedicure technician became available, instead of taking me as scheduled, she assigned that technician to a customer who had just walked in. Even though I had an appointment and had already been waiting, I was passed over and forced to wait even longer. By the time I finally got my pedicure, my nails were already finished. The same technician who did my nails then rushed through my pedicure, and it felt like it was completed in about five minutes. It definitely was not worth the price or the wait. Speaking of price, I was also shocked by how much more expensive everything was compared to what was advertised online. I was charged $75 for builder gel alone, which I found excessive and much higher than I expected based on the salon's advertised pricing. The lack of transparency about pricing made the experience even more frustrating. I don't understand the point of making an appointment days in advance if the technician is double-booked and walk-in customers are prioritized over scheduled appointments. The lack of organization, poor customer service, rushed work, and unexpected pricing completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my sister. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
