They accept credit card but do request tips are done via cash/zelle. I had called ahead and was told we could be seen immediately which was nice, but I ended up having to wait in my chair for over 15 minutes before I was actually seen, while my wife was seen immediately. Because of this I opted for a faster service so that we could be done at the same time. I really wish they were more transparent about the wait times so people could plan accordingly. The service itself was definitely on the pricier side considering what was received, and honestly the quality of work was pretty mediocre. The callus removal was half done (I could only see this after I got up), and everything just felt rushed with little attention to detail (cuticles not cleaned, nails not clipped short enough, etc.). The foot massage at the end was lovely, definitely the highlight of the whole experience. While it wasn't the worst service I've had, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back because of how much it costs vs the level of service I received.

I felt a poke when one of the ladies was doing my nail, I thought nothing of it. One week later I had a pain and I thought it was an ingrown, I looked closely and puss was coming out. I'm so upset, had to go to the urgent care to get antibiotics. My nail is in constant pain. Please have your ladies be more aware, and kinder!!!!!
