Unfortunately, each one was done in a different shape -- some square and some more rounded so they didn't match and there were rough edges on several of them. This didn't show up until after they were polished. The polish came out a bit streaky. She had to spend a lot of time with a small brush and acetone removing all the polish that had been applied to my skin -- not my nails. Almost anything would have been better than what I was came in with, but frankly I can do my own nails as well as this was done. And I would have saved myself the $15 plus tip. Oh well, now I know.

I told the nail tech what I wanted, he showed me maybe 12 different shades in cats eye. None of them were really the baby Pink that I wanted. I asked him " there's no pink?" and he pointed at the shades I was looking at. The manicure was fine, it's not the color I wanted, but he did a good job. They sent me to a different tech for my pedicure, and she did not know how the cats eye polish even worked. She didn't know how to use the magnet, she couldn't figure out how to get it to work, and instead of asking for help right away, she just kept trying different things. I'm really unhappy with how my nails and toes came out. They don't match. While I was checking out, I see a tray of all these beautiful summer shades, including the baby pink that I wanted. I was informed I was looking at the only 12 shades of cats eye they had. I let the manager know that I was a very unhappy, and I was told that it's fine, I'll get the color I want next time, it's not a big deal. And I understand that for them it's not a big deal because it's not their $120 that just got wasted or the 2 1/2 hours that took them to do my nails and feet. There was no apology that the nail tech I was given for my pedicure was incompetent and didn't know how to use the materials in the salon. So I do not recommend the salon to anybody. I've been searching for a new Nail Salon for about six months, and this place is not going to be it. Highly incompetent and overpriced. No offer to take some money off for their incompetency. Just took my money...zero concern for me leaving happy.
