They were awesome when I first started going there. Customer service was great as well as nails would stay for good 3 weeks but as times went on their service went down. Their nails only stays for Week and half and starts to get off. Customer service is bad now but not every employee is same. Only few of them are not professional. They don't care about customer satisfaction they just do what they think it's good. The employee knew I didn't like the shape of my nails but instead of fixing it he said he likes his work. I called this salon ahead of time and very clearly asked if they could do an ombré on natural nails (no gel, no shellac). The gentleman who answered assured me "no problem, we can do it all." Based on that, I drove 25 minutes across town to come here. When I arrived, I was told they actually cannot do ombré on natural nails. I explained that I had been very clear on the phone, and the staff admitted instead of offering a solution or alternative, the response was just, "Oh, I'm sorry." On top of that, the salon had a very strong smell with poor ventilation, which made the experience even less pleasant. I was willing to stay and get another service done since I had already made the trip, but with no effort to accommodate or offer something else, I left disappointed. I normally do not write reviews but i just have to let anyone and everyone know about this place because i was so affected by this that i do not want anyone else to have to go through this. I came in a couple months back to get my nails done, and whoever did my nails 100% FOR A FACT did not sterilize or clean the tools or instruments that they were using on me because I have received the absolute worst fungal nail infection ever of my life as you can see in these pictures it started off with my pointer finger and then spread to all of me my other three fingers , they do not clean whatever they are using and I have the worst infection ever I lost my nail as you can see in these photos and the infection has spread and the doctors that I went to to see this said this is 100% from your nail place that you went to because this is a typical nail fungal infection from not sterilizing whatever they used on you so it's spread into your nails and cause this to happen. This is a 100% in fact a nail infection from them because I experience this right after my nail appointment I got pain in my finger. It started to swell and then from there on the nail fell off and I was in the worst pain ever and I'm still dealing with it and now I have to wait months on end for this nail to grow back and my other fingers to heal, and it still hasn't healed, so I am extremely upset and disappointed in this place and that they would ever let their workers to work on people without cleaning whatever they are using. They are not sanitary. They are not clean people DO NOT GO HERE TRUST ME ! I am warning you , other people have also experienced a nail infection form this place including My cousin who came here also experienced the same nail infection so I'm not the only one , there are multiple people who have been infected. so I'm letting everyone know this because I don't want this to happen to anyone else because I am traumatized. read more

Went in recently and had Kayla. My wife encouraged me to get a pedicure, and I thought what the hell - why not? I guess I don't know what I was expecting, but I feel like I could have accomplished the same thing with nail clippers. I think my feet look worse than when I came in. Maybe she's new or has never had a male customer before? I don't know but $57 seems a little excessive. My wife doesn't even believe I went. I have included a couple photos. I've been coming here to see Lynda for acrylic nails for about a year. She is the best! Mind you, this salon is about 30 minutes drive from my house and it is WORTH IT. The mom, older sister, middle sister and I came here on 12/29/20 as our favorite nail spot VIP in Clovis was closed due to the shut downs again so my middle sister let us know through one of vee friends that this place was open on the DL so we went. The lady also acted if she didn't know how to do her job. She did not do the polish removal correctly ( I have left over polish from the previous time). I'm always looking for nail salons that aren't a 30 minute drive from my house so when I stumbled upon this place I was pretty excited. They were really busy which is a good sign but they were still able to get me in same day for a full set. The place was clean and staff was friendly but they had the weirdest stuff playing in the background on the TVs. They also charged 62 dollars (not including a tip) for this ombré manicure which I felt was overpriced compared to other places I've been. Even though it wasn't what i wanted because they didn't have purple acrylic and didn't do the marble patterns I wanted (even though i used one of their own pictures for my reference) they did a great job though so I'll go back for a fill to see how it is, or I'll opt for a pedicure instead and go back to my old place for acrylics despite the drive. The customer service is awful now, they charge extra for requesting a shape other than square. Last month I got a set done but Julie, paid $70 for mani + acrylics because I wanted my cuticles cleaned. Well she cleaned my cuticles but then overfilled my nails and then proceeded to over file the acrylic nails which made them super thin & all fell off within 7 days. Not to mention that she was rushing at the end so I didn't even receive the full service of the manicure. Today, I went in asking for Kim but he wasn't available. Unfortunately Julie was the one who did my acrylics again. I decided I would just give her a second chance but I was wrong to do so. I asked for ROUND & SHORT nails due to my jobs being hands on. She didn't listen and proceeded to do whatever she felt like. The nails are once again super thin and she didn't use enough polish so you can see through them. Once again today, she over filed my nails and the acrylic nails. I had to keep pulling my hand away because they're still brittle & sensitive from last time she did them. After I left the salon I noticed my nails felt lumpy and thick and as I looked at each finger it just kept getting worse. I'm sorry but I won't be going back. Lily, please provide you clients with the utmost respect and service. You need to work at a slower pace to give the best results or if you need to work at a fast pace, learn better techniques. got 2 pedicures and a manicure. i appreciated the covid precautions this establishment takes as they require customers to wash their hands before receiving service. they were pretty busy but we were seated right after we washed our hands. the layout is nice and the environment is clean. they have a tv playing those relaxing korean recipes. my nail technician brought me two books with a larger assortment of colors that i am not used to seeing. most nail salons do not keep up to date with various hues of colors. major plus, instyle! :) the service was relaxing and moved in a timely manner. i also appreciated how they showed me the timer for the five minute massage and honored the time. most places the nail technician starts to put things away during the massage or gets caught up in conversation which severely affects the quality and length of the massage. overall, i was pleased with the price and quality of the service. read more
