This is my go-to nail spot in the area! The staff are friendly, not too chatty (which I love and prefer), and approachable. The space is clean and comfortable. I can easily make appointments online or walk in. I've only experienced it being busy during the weekend afternoons! Depending on the person, the pedicure massages can be better and longer in duration, or less so. But I've always had a very positive experience! My pedicures last a full 3-4 weeks with regular polish. read more

Let them know I had an appointment with Nancy and this person asks did I schedule the appointment online. I said yes and she says well I don't schedule my appointments online and the system just chooses people at random. I said no I chose you as my technician because of your reviews and she said well I have no openings and she could put me with someone who is just as skilled as she is and they share clients. I end up being given to two individuals; Tina for my pedicure and Ann for my fullset. Tina was super nice during my pedicure, the man beside her working kept glaring at me. It felt weird. I was then handed off to Ann who I asked how much is "French " on my middle finger and pointer only she said maybe $20 she wasn't sure and so I said never mind and while she's gluing on my tips she asks what shape do I want and I say square I guess idk. I said I just came from having Oval, "how bout you choose for me". She says "I think almond for you". I said okay sure I trust your judgement. I ended up only getting french for my middle finger only. Towards the end of my appt a group of white girls come in and Nancy is very polite and welcoming to them more enthusiastic and friendly. She asks them would they like something to drink. She goes over to the other white lady seated asks her the same, and looks me dead in the eye and goes back and sits down. offering me nothing. While this is going on I am having a "hot flash". I have multiple sclerosis and frequently I have moments where my body can't regulate temperature. I apologize to Ann because my hands start to sweat I turn on her fan for her and let her know what was going on. I eventually ask for a drink. Ann seemed to be annoyed by my request but she gets up grabs the diet coke and She sat the drink down and the straw and didn't even bother to open it. Mind you she's in the middle of painting my nails. I asked her to please open it for me so i didn't mess up her beautiful creation. She laughs and opens the drink. Fast forward to time to pay. Ann couldn't figure out how to properly check me out so Nancy comes over to help. She tells me that my total is $108 and that it was a $5 charge for the 1 finger french (which i understood) then says and $5 for the shape. I said What do you mean. She said anything other than square up charge. I said that's not written anywhere and that Ann (her tech) chose the shape for me without warning me. She says "ok well now you know for next time" I said Hmm well okay and i paid. And even though I didn't agree with her flippant attitude and like condescending tone I smiled said "Thank you so much " and paid it and tipped 22% and left. A nearby business owner asked me what was wrong and crying I explained that I don't think what happened to me was "racist", but I felt like I was treated differently, not welcomed, and I felt uncomfortable being there like Nancy and some other coworkers didn't want me there. I came alone was very polite using "yes ma'am no ma'am," and acted like my normal self. However I don't feel happy about what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I left feeling worse. The kind business owner said to me "It will be okay. Now you know and you don't have to spend your money anywhere that doesn't make you feel welcome and included. They should be happy you are there to support them" He offered me a water and was super kind and lifted my spirits. If you don't care about feeling welcome or like the environment is friendly and warm then by all means go to this place and get your nails and toes done. Like I said Tina was awesome took her time and was so sweet however Ann was dishonest, but she did good work so far time will tell, it's only been a few hours. But if the above things don't matter to you then this place of business is made for you. However, if you're like me and are a bit more sensitive to energies & prefer to be in welcoming spaces for ALL people then I wouldn't bother coming here. This is my experience and my experience only. So there is nothing anyone can say to me that will change my truth about my treatment today. read more

Not that pleased with the quality of service I got. The technician was nice, she did a good job trimming and filing my nails and cuticles. However, the polish on my nails was done terribly. I have bubbles, the top coat doesn't reach the edges of the nails so you can see the ridge of the polish. She painted most of my pinky toe (including the actual nail) which I noticed the day after while taking a shower. read more

My husband treated me to a day at the spa! I searched for the best place to go and relax. After viewing several other mail spas- I decide on Nails colure and spa. I am happy that I did. My experience exceeded my expectations. I felt relaxed in a peaceful environment. Helen my nail tech was patient and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. My 86 year old mother -in-law and I went to this nail salon for about a year with satisfactory results up until the last four visits. Our service time was always cut shorter than paid for by leaving out little things like not providing the hot towel leg wrap or rushing us out before pedicures were fully dry forcing us to sit next to the door to wait more for our polish to dry. The last visit was horrific. My MIL and I ordered the same pedicure service started at the same time by two separate technicians, a man and a woman. The man did not give me the leg massage so I wound up sitting 15 minutes longer just to wait until my MIL's service was completed and mine was completely done and the man was gone....and I didn't get the leg massage. When we went to pay, my MIL was paying for both (we "treat" each other alternating visits) and I said I didn't get the second level pedicure so she should not be charged for it. Obviously, the woman doing my MIL's pedicure was ready for me... She heard me telling my MIL that I was going to mention the lack of service. The salon woman jumped up out of her salon stool as she was already working on another client and YELLED," IT WAS SAME! IT WAS SAME!" She was clear across the large salon room full of clients screaming at my MIL and me. She also yelled that we had to wait longer for my MIL's polish to dry "because it was different." Needless to say my elderly MIL was horrified being brought up to be refined and polite in public at all costs. I was explaining how it "wasn't the same" and the woman continued to scream at us across the room. I was trying to speak with the two people up front at the desk and my MIL just shoved the card in the slot and paid with her hands visibly shaking. The rude, rude, rude woman immediately went silent when the lady at the desk signaled that the bill was paid. The other desk person handed shoved some tubes of lotion at us as my MIL tried putting her wallet back in her purse for our exit and I blankly stared in disbelief at them all as I assisted her out the door and to our car. They had already received thousands of dollars from us over previous visits. I hope that extra seven dollars (the difference in the pedicure charge for what I ordered VS what I RECEIVED) was worth the thousands of dollars in future visits your salon immediately lost. Even if I was in the wrong (but I wasn't)... that is absolutely NO WAY to treat your customers. Had I been there just witnessing such a debacle I would certainly be inclined to look for a better establishment that shows respect and courtesy to ALL clients who come in to spend their valuable time and hard-earned money. It was traumatic for my MIL in particular...so much so that I almost could not convince her to try another salon so that we could continue our cherished time out together for the pedicure ritual we've grown to love. What a shame to have people that would do that to elderly folks who usually have less and less activities to look forward to. read more

I've been going to this salon since April 2018, and I'm always satisfied! One thing I hated about my last salons when getting my acrylics done is that between each tech the work and quality of the work varied a lot. At Nails Colure I always get consistent and high quality work from every tech there! Their price point is great for full sets and fill ins, which includes a gel polish (: One other thing I used to find is that some salons would never remember me or weren't particularly friendly. From the time I started going to Nails Colure I felt very comfortable and welcome, and they always know what I come in to get! Lastly, the environment is really calm and clean and even when it's busy they make sure you're comfortable - I'm so comfy in there sometimes that I almost fall asleep! I've been here many times and usually get great service. They always do something extra for my daughter- like a little design on her nails- and it makes her so happy. My powder dip always looks good. I tried another place since then because you could book online- but they were terrible. I will be coming back to nails colure and spa. I do wish they had online scheduling. read more

I made an appointment for 2pm. We got there at 2:07 (my grandma is handicapped). We waited for over 40 minutes, then only had 30 minutes until we had to leave. We said we'd just come back, but they insisted and said they could have us out on time.... sure, for my grandma's 87th birthday we an expedited and stressful pedicure, which was the opposite of relaxing. My manicure was done terribly and it was way more expensive than anywhere I've been where I live in LA. It was a total of $75 for 2 pedis and a mani. I am in Wake Forest for a family event from NYC. Found this place on Yelp. And so happy. Went on a Friday afternoon. 3 mani /Pedis it was not crowed so we all got to go together. The space is very clean and tools are sanitized. They even offered us a glass of wine. Nice and updated nail polish selections. Wheelchair friendly shop and staff! Lam was able to do a polish change and trim on my toenails while I stayed in my chair, and she did a great manicure. Lam moved me around in the wheelchair without a problem. Cindy was also extremely helpful!! Cindy moved me around and helped putting my shoes and leg braces back on (no easy task!). Cindy also did a great pedicure on my aunt. Every other salon we called in the area just said they couldn't accommodate someone in a wheelchair. They also have a great bathroom facility for handicapped people. This salon is great and I would definitely go to again, without a doubt!! read more

I wanted to support a local nail salon, but unfortunately with each returned visit my experience with the quality of service has been declining. I always book an appointment, but have had to wait 30+ minutes sometimes to be seen. They tend to overbook and take everyone who walks in. Pedicure appts are rushed and even when you pay extra to get the upgraded pedicure with the 15 min foot massage I've never received that. Overall, the salon is okay but for what I'm paying I can get better quality elsewhere. read more

Went to get my nails done asking for a narrow square shape. what i got instead was ciscle square.. whats that? Those are the nasty lump nails you see when you google "bad nail stories" i went to get them fixed cause i was told "yes come back in we want you to be happy with your nails" and when i went they tried to fox the shape but the naol because way too short for the new shape (the old square was not fixable. I needed a new set and i told them that over the phone) when i asked for the new set i was told i had to pay all over again. I wasnt gonna do that. So when they got to the color part i asked for a light pink, SHOWED THEM the shade of pink and then she still painted them clear. I didnt have the nerve anymore so i said its fine and left. All the while i was apologizing to them for not liking the nails.. not them to me. The lady was generally pleasant but the nails i got.. the $60 plus gas money TWICE and waste of time i got was 100% not worth it. I was super upset. I was starting a new job that monday and i had my b-day brunch. Super embarrassing! read more

Me and my boyfriend wanted to try a new nail place and This place was very clean and the people were very nice but they rushed doing out mani pedis. I feel like they could've taken some more time to work on our nails and feet. It cost $120 for both of us and I don't feel like that is a reasonable price for the service we got. Best pedicure and eyebrow waxing I ever got. The spa was bright, new, and clean. Tina was my pedicurist and eyebrow stylist and she made the whole experience pleasant and relaxing. She did not rush at all and not only did a wonderful job on the pedicure but gave me a soothing leg and foot massage as well.
