They don't give you a booklet with prices for you to choose and they also charge $25-30 for a child to have a pedicure where the industry has never been over $10-15. When we left as they were closing we watched them clean up- nothing sanitized- when I called back this morning I was advised they sanitize after they close. I guess if you go during the day you are out of luck. You definitely can get more for your money elsewhere and even asked if you would like something to drink.

Been wanting (and needing) a manicure for a very long time. Stopped by my bank on Crossover and…read morewhile waiting got a wifi signal and searched for "manicures fayetteville ar". Literally across the street was Fancy Nails II. I had my first manicure in 2014 when I was 57. Since then I have had maybe 7 over these 3 years at, at least, 6 different salons. I can honestly say Fancy Nails II is the first nail salon I know for certain I will be doing business with again. The other places ~ eh ~ I cannot say this. And it doesn't matter anyway cause Fancy Nails II is it for me. I don't need to look around anymore. Absolutely love this place!! MIss Jane, who did my manicure, is an delightful person. She engaged with me and that felt good. The other place where I've had manicures ~ eh ~ I cannot say this. Very often, I felt as if I was nothing more to them then 10 fingertips holding little dollar signs. Really looking forward to the beginning of September when I can treat myself to another manicure at Fancy Nails II. In all honesty, when I do get to treat myself there I will be asking for Miss Jane. She's terrific. This is not to disparage the others at Fancy Nails II. While I was there, there were 4 other customers. Every looked like they were enjoying themselves. In short ~ yeah, right, huh? ~ if you are looking for a good manicure (and, although I haven't yet had one, I am sure, a good pedicure) at a VERY reasonable price, go see the folks down at Fancy Nails II.

I was sat with a man, and he immediately clipped off all my nails, he asked what I was getting and i repeated that i wanted gel extensions. He then gave me acrylics and was very rough in the process of filing the sides of my nails, I didn't want to say anything as i didn't want to be rude, he then put on a color that was way lighter than i had asked for. He filed down the sides of my nails multiple times to the point it burned and felt like all my fingers had hang nails. My nails are crooked, and i didn't want to be rude, but I have never disliked a set this much, I got to my car and the longer i looked at them, the more issues i found. They are crooked, painful, and already feel loose. I drove home regretting the entire experience, and wishing my nails looked the way they had before I walked in. Cannot recommend, hoping they are as loose as they feel and that they fall off relatively quickly.

This was my first time visiting Lush Nail Salon, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed…read more I tried to make an appointment through Facebook but never received a response, so I went in person and was seated. I brought a photo reference of what I wanted, a simple design with two colors and stickers. There was some miscommunication due to a language barrier, and I felt like I was asking too much, even though another customer beside me reassured me that my request was reasonable. The manicurist struggled with the design, and I ultimately accepted nails I wasn't happy with because I felt bad for him. I still tipped $10 because I could see he was trying and was disappointed in the result himself. I paid $45 for the service. Later that day, within an hour of leaving the salon, I noticed the nails with stickers were already peeling at the edges or the topcoat wasn't applied properly. Since I am leaving town tomorrow and starting a new job soon, I returned to the salon hoping they could fix the issue or offer a partial refund. The front desk worker told me they would have to charge me $5 more because I was "incorrectly charged" the first time. I disagreed, since I had already spent so long in the salon and left with unsatisfactory nails. They insisted that my nails had been done as a more expensive "cateye" design, which I never requested and which was not in my reference photo. When I asked for a refund, the owner said they would only do so if the nails were removed, which I didn't have time for. I was told to come back tomorrow, but since I'll be out of town, they said it would fall outside their 7-day policy. I left feeling very upset, especially since I had already tried to be polite and patient throughout the process. For a first-time customer, this was a very discouraging experience. The quality of the nails did not last even a day, and the customer service left me feeling blamed rather than supported. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.
