I went to their new location on Hefner (between May/Penn). This location is new. Their original location is in Del City. I was greeted the moment I came in. And was waited on within 5 minutes of my arrival. I spoke with the owner, John, and he invisions this location to be appointment based, so they can give the quality time their customers deserve. They will take walk-ins, but they highly suggest making an appointment. I felt like I was having a private appointment. It wasn't crowded or loud. I was able to relax and truly enjoy my nail experience. I highly recommend this new NW OKC location.

Today I am bothered! My kids got discriminated against yesterday at the nail salon. They walked…read moreinto Anton nail and spa on se 29th street in MWC, OK yesterday around 4pm to get pedicures and sat and waited to be seen. Meanwhile 3 other ladies with no appointments came in. Since they closed at 5:30 or so they stated they were not taking anymore walkins. (This was after the other ladies walked in). Then the lady comes over to my girls and tell them they cant get seen today and to come back another day. Meanwhile the ladies that arrived AFTER them got to be seen! I received a phone call from my oldest as she was very upset and hurt behind the treatment from this salon. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I told them immediately to leave and observe if the other ladies leave. And to go somewhere else to get their feet done. In my flesh i wanted to go up there and make a scene and protect my babies but ‍ I will simply never give them my business again. There is NO EXCUSE on why they were treated this way. I dont care if you have done other races services before. You had no right to turn them away and leave the other ladies of the other race there to receive service AFTER my kids got there. No excuses!! And was talking loud to embarrass them!!! For no reason!!! AND I WAS TREATING THEM FOR A SPA DAY AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE SUCH A GENEROUS TIP. I have heard of the stigma my race gets for "not paying" and "being ghetto" and this is such a stereotype and soooo wrong. I've been going to "Nails Now" off and on for the last five years…read more Pros: convenience, fair prices, usually in/out Cons: rude/racist staff/half job done nearly every time, place is outdated and resembles the 1980's The man on the right, second to the last generally serviced me. However, if he was busy I'd let the man to the left of him, or the 1st woman on the left, or the one on the end. I stopped going here a few years ago because the 1st woman was rude af and kept snatching my hands and throwing them on the table. I got tired if driving to Norman to receive my services. So, I decided to give them a chance again in 2025. A few months after I started going back. The first woman serviced me, and kept snatching my hands, throwing them on the table, rolling her eyes at me. When I pointed out that there were humps in my nails where she didn't sand the glitter powder down. She raised her voice at me and said "it's going to cost you!" I asked for her to do her job. She said, "yes!" I said, "don't even worry  about it." No tip! Then, last Friday. I came in for service. The last woman on the left asked me to sit down. She brought two color books to choose from (all wack). I picked two glitter colors. And waited at least six minutes for her to toy around. Then she started on my nails. And said something (in her language) with an attitude to the last man across from her. And got up and walked off, without saying a word to me and went to service another client with a pedicure. The last man applied the powder and didn't drill it down. He only used a file. As a result, my nails look like swimming paddles. I pointed this out to him and advised him that "I'm an influencer, I work with my hands, and people will see this." He shrugged his shoulders and said, "it's glitter, it's going to be thick. You asked for glitter." No tip! He allowed me to leave with product still caked up on my fingers and under my nails, as you can see in the photos. I asked for lotion, since he didnt massage my hands and they were filled with product. He pointed me to the lotion. Blasted on my social media pages, bad review, and I won't ever be back! It looks like something from the 1980's. They don't pour back into their business. And don't realize that they have competition. They women don't appear to like people of color. I've witnessed how they stare at other women of color, roll their eyes, and talk in their language. As if Trump wants them here. ***UPDATE*** I got my nails and eyebrows done at Wynn Nails. I found my new nail spot.
