I came in for a basic pedicure and had a great experience. The prices were very competitive. My nail tech was friendly and a good conversationalist and did good work. A pedicure is always better when you can laugh a bit while getting your leg and foot massage. I will be back for a fancier pedicure in the near future. They also do waxing. I have been looking for a good place for waxing and look forward to trying this place out. Recommend! read more

I called to make an appointment for tomorrow, which is a holiday. I asked if they were open. They indicated they didn't know and they were checking. And then they asked what I wanted done and I told him I wanted two pedicures if they were open and she started talking to someone else again and it took forever and then she came back and asked if I could come on Tuesday and I told her no and she hung up on me. I guess they don't need the business to hang up on a potential customer. Not a problem I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

They have gone down hill!! They started me and my friend's pedicure an hour late. The woman that did my toes sped through them and made one of my toes bleed. She tried to hide it by dipping my foot in the water quickly but of course I could feel and see everything she was doing. Then they did regular polish on her toes instead of gel like she asked. They offered to redo them but we had already been there for 3 hours and were ready to go so she declined. I checked my account and they charged me $6 extra. They gave themselves a $6 tip on my card when I didn't give them one due to their poor service. This is the second time they did this because the first time (a few months ago), I gave them a cash tip but when I checked my account they charged a tip on my card too. So I guess if you pay by card and don't leave a tip on it, they tip themselves. Smh. Never going back. And yes, I went back up there for them to refund me. They used to offer wine and play music. Now, they offer long waits and disappointment. read more

My daughter and I went today for manicures. The nail tech that did my daughter's nails had never done a stiletto shape nail before and did an amazing job just from being shown a picture of what she wanted done! I did black matte gel for the first time and was worried that it wouldn't look good but am extremely happy that I went with that choice. I went last week on Tuesday and ask for manicure and polish. Chose a burgundy color. Girl with long black hair did the manicure. Thursday had 2 nails with polish chipped off and tips of nail showing my nail. She didn't polish tips. Went ahead and took polish off and have pink nails. Don't remember the brand of nail polish but that should have never happened. Think twice before going there, many better other places. read more

Went to Sweetie nails for a full set with gel polish, they were HORRIBLE. Super thick, rounded when I asked for squared, crooked and they refused to fix it. So I went back the next day for them to soak them off and this is all they did for me. This is RIDICULOUS. read more

Went to Sweetie's for a removal of my acrylics. An older lady that the staff refer to as "mom" worked on removing the nails. She already seemed agitated over something but took it out on me (my opinion). She buffed my actually nail bed so deep that I have dips on my nails bed that has caused more sensitivity to hot and cold water that I have never experienced in my life. I have been to other nail salons but this one is not one I would ever return to again. It's sad because I was recommended by a friend that gets her nails done here often. I walked in, without an appointment, and was greeted immediately. Went in for a pedicure, and did not have to wait. Was asked if I had ever been there before, which I responded no I have not. They have these really nice menu with all of their service options. I was told that they have a special CBD Pedicure that has a few extras, and it sounded like it was worth it so I went for it. I had an as my specialist. And I just have to say, I have had mini mini pedicure in my life, but this was by far the best, I repeat the BEST, pedicure I have ever had. She took her time, all of the extras were totally worth the money. I will definitely be back. And would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a new pedicure place. read more
