While I do give them credit for cleanliness of the salon the service is not so great. No customer interaction (which I really don't care about) more importantly the pedicure was not great, my cuticle skin is still hanging off my toes, I had to cut it once home, the nail polish application is clumpy, he didn't even bother cleaning off the nail polish he got on my skin! This was the first time I came to this nail salon and it will be the last time, unfortunately. I wish they did better, it is so close to where I live so this was a huge disappointment. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

I walked in today, a Thursday at 5pm. About 4 technicians were the on floor busy, I waited for the next chair for 15 minutes. I have an event on the weekend and I didn't make an appointment so I knew waiting was a possibility but it wasn't long. I sat with Jackie. I will ask for her from now on. She is as sweet as can be. I can tell we're both quiet and she kept checking in with me on the progress to make sure I liked it. The pic is a little funny but in person, it's fantastic. Its very clean here and quiet for the most part. I mean to say it is calm and zen. They dont yell across the salon which is respectful when you dont fully understand them. I find it very clean here, everything is labelled and organized. I think for the most part they are overwhelmed with walk-ins versus appointments. If you made an appointment, you're going to wait some. Just expect it. Easy to find, always parking available in the lot. They have a lot of payment options too if you didn't bring cash. I want to commend them on their patience today and the way they handled a woman and 4 young girls, 2 of which were VERY young, and being rude, grabbing everything, and throwing attitude. The teenagers were playing music loudly on thier phone and the mother up and left them there to be babysat by the business. As I'm typing this, she has been gone for half an hour. It's not their job here to watch your kids. I thought they handled it with grace but it's disrespectful and tiresome to everyone else. This isn't a playground. read more

I visited her before COVID around the time they first opened, or maybe just a few months after -- that being said everything was clean and organized and everyone was nice. I decided to stop in since I saw they were new and close by. The chairs were comfy, the place was well lit and everything was new. I was a walk in but still didn't have to wait long for service. The nail tech I got was young and I think it showed a bit in her work. My cuticles could have been neater and she slathered on too many coats of polish on my nails. It was a little ridiculous, even after I asked her to fix it. I feel like I should give a different nail tech another chance just because they're close by but I doubt I'll be back. read more

This was a nice clean salon with good prices. The lady who did my pedi was great. My mani was less than stellar. She cut me and was very apologetic but she also painted them so messy and had to keep redoing. After all that they are still not nice looking. I'd go back for the girl who did my pedicure but definitely gonna avoid the elderly lady who did my mani. Update: I went back and they fixed it. They did such a shitty job, I've been here before and they would do good which is why I decided to come here today , but this guy literally didn't care or put any effort on my nails whatsoever , I still tipped out of respect because that's how I was raised but I literally cried, on top of that $71.00 dollars for this horrible set!! Like look at this he didn't even clean up the black nail polish off my fingers or the side of my nails I specifically showed him a picture of the way I wanted my nails he didn't bother finishing because someone came in for an appointment which it shouldn't matter because he clearly didn't care about my nails at all. First time at this Nail Spa, since my usual nail salon was fully booked for the next few days I decided to Check out Vineland Nails. I'm very happy with the way my nails turned out. Tony was very precise when filling, shaping and polishing my nails. And I also thank him for taking his time on me. I definitely recommend this place, only thing I'm confused about and what I made logic of, after leaving the salon is why I paid extra for the 3 missing nails when they might as well should have just charged me the price of a regular full set that costs $25 (even though I just needed a fill) but I had 3 missing nails, so why charge me $29 ($18 for the fill and 10 for the 3 missing nails and 1 dollar debit pay fee) Technically it takes more Time and material to do a fresh new set and it ends up being cheaper than the cost of a Fill and to replace 3 missing nails? Strange. Anyway, I'll come back (only if I don't have any missing nails next time) to Tony he did a great job and he was nice and we held an ongoing conversation. read more

I love that this salon is practicing safety measures in these covid times we are living in. They sanitize the chairs and keep a plexiglass between you and the nail tech for pedicures. I've not received a manicure here, so I'm not sure how they are doing those. They only had a few number of customers and each of us had a chair in between us, which enforced the 6 feet rule. They also kept both the front and back doors open for ventilation. Overall, I felt very safe and was happy to be here to safely get a pedicure done. I would put up with their crap and come because it's close to me and every time I called for an appointment, they would say "yes that time is good come" well, no time is good.. they just sat that! Every time you come, they're busy and make you wait!! Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not they just tell everyone to come in at whatever time. 20% of the nail polish collection is "new" everything else is goo! Last time I was there the spa chair wouldn't turn on the guys literally mumbled something, threw the remote, and didn't bother checking with it. I needed the chair to be backed up since I'm pregnant and due in 3 weeks.. my knees were up to my chest! Just avoid this place at all costs drive the extra 5 minutes and go somewhere else. read more

Terrible, a short man.. don't know his name began my pedicure after I showed up for my first appointment. Right off the bat he removed my polish and immediately to reach for the nail clippers before asking me if if even wanted my nails cut and proceeds to start cutting! I Then tell him I don't want them cut JUST filed straight across and he behind filing (with a thin throw away nail file AND barely even touching my nails, meaning that the filing was doing nothing he was just moving his hand. Then he proceeds to carry on a conversation with the other mail tech working on the lady next to me. Be for real, we come here to relax not listen to a foreign conversation while you should be focusing on my nails you're distracted and now you're ruining my experience and not even doing my nails right to top it all off. I then asked for someone else to finish out my Pedi because I was ready to leave. Shoutout to the nice lady that took over! The women working in here weren't the problem! read more

Both Jesylin and her mom are my best nail manicurist. Very Calm, Respectful and magic fingers. Best she takes criticism with respect. My friend and I went to get a pedicure. The guy that did my nails didn't cut them. All he did is clean the gel nail polish then put the new one. It came off 2 weeks later. I don't recommend this place at all, they even took 2 hours to work on our nails when we had a appointment. read more

Late review. Salon is operating safely. Mask required and plastic partitions are set up for more safety. When I came in there weren't a lot of customers, so socially distant. But the quality work is just not there. Got a gel mani & reg pedi. The staff was nice but didn't speak much English. I asked for a little cut. And instead of shaping my nails properly, both ladies continued to cut my nails shorter, and shorter, and shorter... even after I said no more as if they didn't know how to use the file properly. I love this place. I've had my pedicure done by almost everyone who does pedicures here and it's amazing. I always have callous remover added to my pedicure and my feet come out extra soft. Tony is the best for acrylics. I wont go to anyone else. He's a perfectionist and I appreciate it. I have not had anyone master the square nails without making them look wide BUT Tony did just that. Went in with 3 friends for mani pedi. We made an appointment 2 hours ahead of time and we went in. All three of us sat for pedicures and only I was actually worked on. The other 2 friends sat for 30 mins without being helped. One of the friends left and 15 mins later (total of 45 mins) my other friend said she didn't have time and had to leave too.
