I went here for my first time cause I was needing to change my color for a trip. I had nail color change on my feet and hands I got gel on my hands and regular nail polish on my feet. My feet didn't touch water nor did any nail get replaced or filled and I was still charged $50 for a nail color change. I feel that is over priced I was told gel nail polish is $35 which is ridiculous being the fact my nails were not done there all I had was a color change wasn't offered a refreshment or nothing. I will never return and don't recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I have non-existent cuticles and I always let my nail tech know to be careful. Every other place I've ever been has ALWAYS cut me at least 3 times. Tom and Steven both did an excellent job with my nails, no cuts, no burns, perfect! As long as they're there I'll never go anywhere else. read more

I have been searching for a good nail salon and this takes the cake. I came on a day they were short staffed. While the wait was a bit longer than I had anticipated, it was well worth the wait. I have been coming to this nail salon for about three years now... I Have never had any problems or complaints with any one here. If I wasn't happy the way they look or if something wasn't right, I ask them nicely to please fixed it, and they did with no hesitation. I also get my eyebrows, eyelash extensions and my toes done with them.. once again never had a problem.. the staff here are great and friendly and very talkative( unlike some other places where it's quit and awkward) they are very clean and professional at what they do. I have even suggested at times for some designs I find on Pinterest ( we have done it at least once) and they will tell up front if they have the supplies or the nail tech to do... (some techs no how and some supplies have to be ordered ) over all they will do their best to get it as close or as prefect as you would like... if you come in and have a issues. It's possible you came in at a bad time( which thier is no excuse) but they are human just like everyone.. they do have their bad days and mostly good. ( no it's not an excuse) but be honest we all have our days... I have known these woman and men for a while now and I can honestly say they are one of my favorites or all time favorite nail salon to go... I have travels quite a few miles just to get them done by them.. ( yes they are that good) I haven't write a review on them because I wanted to experience it first before giving my opinion on it... they way I see it, if you first impression of them was bad give them a second chance. And if not well I do want to say your missing out on a good place to relax and have your "me time" at... but it's your choice and your opinion about them... This nail salon is just terrible. Every time I come here, I have to wait at least 15 minutes before someone even notices me sitting in the chair. Today the manager or whoever she is is busy getting her nails done while I wait for my service. I friend had recommended this place to me and my first time her was great but since then every visit has just been terrible. Edit : I am dropping the rating to 1 star. These new chairs ROCK!!!!! We come here 2-4 times a month and have always been happy with the service, and it seems to be getting better. The only odd thing is that they have music that never matches up with the music videos on their TVs. HA! And my wife's powder dip nails last for weeks. Much more resilient than the gel or solar. I have been seeing Dana for over a year. If I make an appointment I never have to wait. The color wall stays updated with traditional OPI and gel colors. Dana is one of the few technicians that I have found who can repair natural nails without harsh acrylics. The detail payed to my nails on each trip keeps me coming back. I went and got a spa mani/pedi here about a month ago, and I have mixed feelings about the place. Pros: comfortable massage chairs, both the manicure and pedicure were done while I was sitting in the same massage chair, the salon appeared very clean. Cons: the manicurist cut my finger pretty badly when she was cutting my cuticles, the pedicurist was untalkative and brusque, it smelled really heavily of fumes, the hot towels they wrap your feet and hands in for the mani/pedis was super super hot and I felt like it was burning me. Conclusion: I would probably go back here if I was in the area since the end result was that my hands and feet did feel soft and look pretty (other than the bloody finger), but I would get different nail technicians for sure, and I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. *note: My friend's dad treated us to the mani/pedi's so I don't know exactly how much it was, but it seemed like it was pricey. We did get one of the upgraded packages, not the basic mani/pedi. read more

They did a complete remodel about a year ago so the wax/facial rooms have more of a private feel. The staff was awesome - very personable and talkative. You could tell there were a mix of regulars and new clients but they were kind and enthusiastic to all! The world cup was on, and I'm not much of a soccer fan, but I was getting in to it because they were. They did a fantastic job on my nails. I got a gel mani and a basic pedi. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I felt like it was a little pricey. I paid $63 + tip for the gel mani and basic pedi and I feel like I could find somewhere less expensive. Came here for a mani pedi. My mom and I had to wait like 20 minutes for someone to help us, receptionists was friendly. After the pedicure, my mom's girl did her manicure, but my girl left to do someone else's pedicure. Like what? I have never had that happen before! Then, afterward, the receptionist told me someone would be with me shortly. My mom got her manicure done and no one came to help me, the lady that did my mom's had to do mine in the end. So, I would say while the service is great and people are nice, the wait time is sure long for a nail salon with a name like "Nails Now!".
