I initially got a cat-eye magnetic gel manicure, but in less than a week it started peeling. I contacted Mai, and she immediately told me to come back in, which I really appreciated. Angie redid my manicure using regular gel, and she did an exceptional job. She took her time, made sure everything looked great, and was so kind and easy to talk to. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable every time I visited. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how they stood behind their work. That said, the regular gel manicure also seems to be chipping faster than I'm used to. My gel pedicure, however, is still going strong and has held up really well. Because of my experience, I don't think gel manicures are the best option for me, but I would absolutely return because of the wonderful staff and how well they took care of me. read more

It's been one week and a half since my gel manicure and they are already lifting at the base. This is why I was a faithful customer to the previous owner. The gel manicure would last minimum 3-4 weeks without lifting. I don't know what it is but there is no way we are paying these prices for the gel to lift this fast. I can't see how any of these reviews are true because I was expecting much nicer nails but instead I got nail polish that chipped immediately gel polish should last longer than a week longer than three days I had to go in there a few times and the third time they refused. But the other girl did my nails same time just off the arm of the chair no hand massage, no lotion just a hurry up job. Can't recommend them as they are too much in a hurry and the service doesn't warrant more stars or the price. read more

Angie, the owner, needs to know what customer service means. My first experience was fine. Angie did a pedicure and a manicure. No problems. Then I call again to get a pedicure with Angie. Angie pawned me off on Cindy. I get ingrown toenails, so they have to know what they are doing. Cindy made it worse. I called this week, and asked Angie for a pedicure and manicure. She told me that she wouldn't do a pedicure, only a manicuref. I told her that Cindy had made it worse. She didn't seem to care at all. You would think that she would welcome the business and be accommodating. I couldn't believe her attitude. I told her that I would have to go somewhere else. No comment from Angie. This is no way to run a business. Shame on Angie! read more
