I was overdue for a mani & pedi. I was letting them grow out and start fresh with a new set. This shop had 3 technicians on staff, I didn't have to wait long. They have a lot of colors, styles and designs to choose from. I got a rather simple, but elegant 3D flower added to my ring finger with a neutral tone that will match most any color in my wardrobe. They have a rewards loyalty card for repeat customers. The prices were competitive and reasonable. I will definitely return since I saw several designs I liked. 100% would not recommend! Hands down the worst nail experience I've ever had. I got the girl with pink hair usually wears it in pigtails. I asked for gel x chrome red nail and showed her my inspo picture (fitst Pinterest picture) and she said she could do it. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing. It just kept getting worse. She kept burning my nails with the light and the file tool she used. All of my nails were filed down and unevenly shaped. Every time she tried to fix it, it just got worse. It was so bad and messy on the sides it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. I asked her to clean it up on the side and she cut my "cuticles" so much my fingers were bleeding. I couldn't tell at the time because of how messy the red polish was. I finally got fed up and asked her to remove them completely. I was there for 3+ hours only to leave with fingers that looked like someone ripped off my nails and left them all bloody. Today they are so sore and short. I WILL NEVER GO BACK YO THIS GIRL. I asked if someone else can fix it and the owner said she could but would charge me MORE!!!!! This place is so ridiculous I did not give them $1. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. So, I thought I found my forever salon, only to one day walk into my regularly scheduled appointment and have the employees tell me that Jenny & Bryan have left on vacation and they're unsure of if and when they'll be back. Safe to say, I'm sure the shop is sold. I was left in shock and deeply saddened. I truly love the way they did nails for myself, my family and friends all of which I've brought to their salon. I'm so damn picky and it's so hard to find a good tech. I thought my search was over but here it begins yet again. I found friendship in the relationships I've built with them, at first I was saddened, then mad and now I just want them to know I'm happy for them in their new chapter of life! First I love that it wasn't that busy today to get my nails done. Pedicure. He quickly excited me to their salon chair and told me to choose a color. They have a huge variety of colors btw. They seem so friendly and the vibe is very chill. They don't talk to each other endlessly while working, in Vietnamese like other salons do. They actually make sure you are cared for and like the results each step of the way. They also have a free drink for you! Mimosa anyone? Service was great, atmosphere was friendly and price is way below what I expected. $25 for a basic pedicure. That's unheard of . I spent $40 last month for a basic pedicure and Asuza Nail Bar did a better job. This will be my new favorite nail spot. read more

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL BECAUSE I ASKED FOR KENNY WHO NO LONGER WORKS HERE! So, I wanted to give this place another try, 3 whole years later. I love Kenny's technique and the way he does nails. They're literally perfect lol I asked to have an appointment with him and some rude man who answered the phone said "KENNY DOESN'T WORK HERE, ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE HE IS GO LOOK OK GOOGLE OK????" What kind of shit is that LOL? This was my go-to when it was teekee nails, but these new owners idk. This is my 1st time back since my last review on Yelp. I decided to give them a second chance and take my mom to treat her for her bday. Well, I highly regret it. The tech that my mom got did an awesome job. Did all the proper steps for a gel mani cure with a massage and all, but sadly, I didn't have the same experience with my nail tech. She was rude af and did a very sloppy job. I brought it up to her twice that the nail polish on both my pedi and mani was full of bubbles and bumps and not done right. She was rude about it and was blaming me. she pretended to fix it while being so rough and rude and left it if not the same but worse! She skipped the filing and massage and left my hands fill of oil. No warm towel to ckean it up or anything. They definitely need to train their employees how to do a proper gel mani and pedi with massage, etc. and train them proper customer service. I paid for a service that I wasn't satisfied with, and I still tipped. Please do better! Now I'm stuck with this mess of nails that the tech was too lazy to fix! I'm not 100 percent sure that there are new owners but today I went in there and it was all new staff when I asked about Jenny I was told she's never coming back . The services we received today were over priced and horribly done . They ah e the placed closed up with a fan that they kept turning off and on . No more complimentary drinks no music just a group of lost nail techs.t daughter asked for e pink color and the lady that was doing her pedi became upset because she wanted to add a color to what my daughter picked . WTH ??? I kept telling my tech that he was hurting me and it made him do it more . I told him my nails had lumps and he disagreed and kept trying ro add polish to fix the lumps that again he didn't notice . When I questioned the charges they all got loud and upset . I would give this place negative stars if possible. This review is soooo delayed but better late than never. Allow me to explain why this is the worst place in history that I've gotten my nails done. I did a manicure and pedicure at this shop, however the lady (business owner) did SUCH a sloppy poor job, I asked her politely if she can redo my nails since it had clumps, chipped uneven job. I don't normally waste time on negativity but this deserves some real attention. Pay heed to the other poor reviews for this business. I'm paying for your service, then that same manager lady had the audacity to yell at me, because she didn't bother wanting to redo it. Crazy bitch rude. Not my problem if you do a real shitty job. Furthermore this place has major health violations, filthy and they do not sanitize well. She did such a poor job for both pedicure and manicure...and you have the audacity to give me me attitude?? You must be out of your mind. DO NOT COME HERE. I would NEVER recommend doing nails (hand or feet) here for all the reasons aforementioned. They use poor quality nail polish, horrible service plus rude attitude that's unwarranted when it's your job. I seriously do not recommend anyone doing their nails here. I am kind to most folks and businesses however, when you have a bitchy attitude especially when a client gives you business, you will never get a single penny from me again. This place was called teeken nails before. They have new owners now and they really switched up the place it's cute it's modern they have 1 tv with hip modern music playing and another tv with a Asian cooking/market channel which i really enjoy as I sit there getting my nails done. I regret stopping here and trying this place out. I asked the main worker if there was a long wait for two people and she said "No I'll do it right now" so she sat one of us down and her worker started the pedicure. Meanwhile the main lady was finishing up acrylic nails and I thought I was next but to my surprise she had someone else waiting for her! So my friend and I weren't able to get our pedi done together and we had to wait twice as long for the same worker to do both our pedicures. Not to mention the customer that was waiting this whole time said "I'm leaving" then walks out and comes back 20 minutes later saying "sorry I had to go do something" so the main lady gave her her spot back rather then taking me next. Our pedicures were RUSHED, they were out of the color my friend picked, and they use the same plastic reusable foot scrubber on everyone! UNSANITARY! The main worker later tried telling me that one of her workers is on vacation but it didn't matter because it didn't excuse her dishonesty about the wait time or her poor customer service . I will NOT be returning. Sadly I seen so much potential here because they presentation was decent and they have a menu offering different types of pedicures of which I WAS NOT SHOWN since they were in a rush to get us out to take the next customers. Last thing I'd like to point out isis the pedicure was just average and as you can see in my picture, she didn't even file my nails correctly. Just came in right now to try to get my eyebrows thinned out and the lady straight up told me no, she was scared to touch my eyebrows for some reason just because I wanted them a little bit thinner and I said is there anybody else that could do them thinner and she just straight up said no, she had a whole attitude for no reason, no smile, Absolutely no customer service. And of course, after I told her that I would just go ahead and leave, there she goes talking crap to the other lady in her language thinking that I don't know what she's saying, but it's OK . I'm so happy that I found this nail salon really close were I live. The owner kim and John are really nice people. They really give me attention how to make good and beautiful pedicure. Kim offer me a gel polish and since then I always ask her to put gel on the pedicure every time I go there. The product they have really a good quality and not cheap.
