This is by far the worst place I have been too. First, the pictures on yelp don't match pictures on google. The pedicure service was awful, had to ask for warmer water twice... she only painted the top of my toenails leaving the sides exposed. She filed my big toe while there was a piece of fuzz on the tip leaving nail dust all over my toe THEN was going to paint over it. She wiped it off with a towel and was going to paint over that!!! I had to make her take the polish completely off! Of course, I got attitude in another language in return. The glitter she put on my toe was so thick it wouldn't dry and she gave me attitude when I asked to get it taken off. I will never go back. read more

If you want a full set, Go right now and get gel nails! They're more expensive but they are SO worth it! Only one guy in the shop does them, so make sure to specify that you want the gel tips not just shellac polish. They are lighter and thinner- much more realistic and they stay on FOREVER. Every time I have gotten a full set anywhere else, they have lifted and popped off in 2-3 weeks. I've had these on for 2 1/2 months. I've only filled them once because I filed down the ridge at the cuticle a little and they are seamless! read more

I have been there multiple times and have always had good experiences with every tech. I saw Linda today and was very pleased with her work. I wanted gel nails and only needed a fill . I like them short and thin and she did exactly what I wanted. She was gentle , quick and thorough. She painted all sides of the nail, used the thin side of the drill to get the gunk out from under the nail. There's no bubbles, they're even and feel great. I'm not much of a talker when it comes to getting my nails done so she was polite but didn't ask me 100 questions. (She knows how to read her clients) I was taken immediately back bc I called in earlier. I was greeted multiple times and offered a beverage. Went to this nail salon and my 2 friends and I have had an infection on our toes ever since. The pedicure done in our feet was painful and we have had to seek medical attention to insure no further infection will occur. Watch for sanitastion of the instruments they use on your feet. read more

I called ahead so when I got there I got taken right away. I had my four year old with me to get her nails painted while I got a full set. They were very nice and offered us a drink. I got done in 45 mins which is outstanding! My nails are even and the entire nail is polished correctly! I always have problems with people not polishing the sides of the nail. The acrylic and shellac are Down to the cuticle so there is not a gap! He paid close attention to the length of the nails while cutting , even if it was just to trim a sliver off to make them even! I was really impressed . He also made sure there was not any gunk under my nails! That is my worst pet peeve with acrylic nails! I have tried many salons and usually have some one rude with no personality and some one that never cuts correctly! I have found my place. read more

I took my niece to get hers and my nails done on Sunday. Today is Monday and not even 24 hours after getting my pedicure paints already coming off. Not to begin with the lady that did my nails didn't even paint the whole nail and she used a different color then I wanted on the bottom layer and then used the color I picked out but didn't cover up the first layer. So now my nails have two different colors on then. My niece only got clear nail polish and it was chipping with in an hour. We were also rushed though it took us 30 minutes total. I usually never leave reviews even if it was a bad experience, but my god!! So for starters when I walked in I wasn't even greeted, second the guy was talking to me as he was doing someone else's nails, then made the lady move so that I could sit down he didn't even clean the station, THATS WHERE I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN UP AND LEFT! but I didn't make too big of a deal about it, my mistake. He was way way too rough and would throw my hands out the way! He left the machine burning on my nail! He was just plain rude, the environment unprofessional and it was so unclean. Went and got my daughter and my self nails done all we wanted was a full set with polish. We arrived at 11 am and didn't leave until after 2 pm there was no apology or anything for us being there so long. I started going there the price was great and service was amazing but the past two time has been horrible way to long and the price is sky high won't going again and suggest not to waste your time!!! read more

Very poor customer service! They didn't do what my daughter asked for and the nail polish looked like a toddler painted them. When my daughter said she didn't like them the lady badgered her saying it was my daughters fault. I showed up and the nail tech starts yelling across the salon that it was my daughters fault and that she wouldn't fix her nails. Left the salon with my daughter in tears! read more

When they're good, they're very very good but when they're bad, they're terrible. Henry & Linda, the owners can do good work and I've been going there since they bought the place 3-4 yrs. ago but when they are busy, RUN don't walk away. Their rushed job doesn't last. On my most recent visit, Henry started my nails, a customer from the previous day came in and he stopped doing my nails to repair theirs which I felt was rude. Then Linda took over and worked between myself and another customer. It was so rushed I knew it was not a good job. The next day, my nail broke (exactly where it was broken when I went to the salon the day before). I was treated so rudely when I went in to get it repaired that I decided I wouldn't be going back. read more

The other day, I walked into Nails Organic Spa hoping to have a nice and relaxing pedicure with my niece who came all the way from Minnesota. We sat down and had a lovely conversation with the man there and did have a relaxing time. My niece and I left with smiles on our faces as we were satisfied with our service. HOWEVER, the next day I woke up with an extremely painful and nasty infection on my foot. I called my niece the next day and she had the the same infection. Outraged, I went back to the place of business. I calmly walked in and asked for my money back. I thought that it wasn't right for me to have to pay $75 for both of us to end up having painful infections. Anyway, I walked into the business and calmly explained my situation. I took off my shoe and sock to show them my foot and told them that I needed my money back. That's all I wanted- to my money and just walk away quietly. This did not happen. Both the owner and the man who did my nails were extremely rude. They refused to give me my money back. After much grief, the lady at the counter gave me refund. The two men followed me out of the store and told me to "f*** off". They were extremely rude and unprofessional. As I said before, I just wanted my money back and I would have left quietly. I'm a very easy going person and understanding. I am not satisfied at the way that this was handled. My niece and I had to go to the doctor, and I had to take time of work to get this treated. I will never go back here for multiple reasons: -The painful infections on mine and my niece's foot -The hell that I was put through to just get my money back -The lack of professionalism and respect that I was given -Telling me to "f*** off read more

Terrible service unless the boss man is there. I will only visit when he's there. The employees don't care about your or what your wants are. They just want to make money.
