Cut 6 different times resulting in bleeding

Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone visiting this nail shop unless they want to run the risk of catching an infection. The Russian technique done here is not correct. I was cut 6 times to bleeding and Anahit, the nail tech, continued to brush my bleeding cuticles. I have never been in so much pain from a Russian manicure. I made it clear that I was in pain and all i was offered was a sorry, alcohol patch and Neosporin for my bleeding cuticles. Stay FAR AWAY from this place!

This was on the app. what they quoted. They told my daughter after it's $105 for just nails +20 French tip + design and no pedicure.

Would not recommend Nails Paradise. Super unprofessional. Booked a prom appointment on a Wednesday night for Friday afternoon, they canceled with no alternative. Then squeezed us in today Thursday but gave attitude about timing, and told my minor daughter pricing only after I stepped away--way higher than quoted on their app. and suddenly couldn't do the pedicure. Too many inconsistencies and poor communication. I got her up and left. We ended up going back to the salon we originally canceled to give them our business, and everything there was clear, professional, and upfront. I would drive to Burbank anytime to support them instead. Go actually check them out LV Oasis Nails! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Proof they called me 2 mins before my appointment mind-

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. The owners don't know how to conduct bossiness! On two occasions they have cancelled or rescheduled my appointment. Last month they canceled my appointment reschedule it before calling me and advising an employee is texting me and when I called her she tells me to call nail salon because she's off - made no sense - professionals would call you before canceling and rescheduling! Today they canceled my appointment 2 mins before my appointment mind you they sent me a message at 11:58 am advising me of my appointment no reply needed is what the text says! They said they canceled me because I didn't pick up my phone - they call me two minutes before as I'm driving there!- NONSENE- learn how to keep your customers- The shop is empty half the time - on another occasion they doubled booked the nail technician- DO NOT GO HERE! And than they have a man - the one in the scooter- who doesn't know how to conduct himself he yells at you when he's talking to you to over talk when you're speaking and than the wife joins in- Your business lacks knowledge in how keep your bussiness- Again DONT GO HERE!

My technician was GeGe. I showed her the inspo i wanted and she told me it would be $130, I proceeded to say That's a bit too much for me, I have $100 and she told me ok no worries I'll do a couple flowers only and we'll make the design to your $100 budget. Great and I said thank you. Fast forward to getting the base color on, it wasn't the exact color that was on the nail inspo. I did wait to tell her hoping the the base color she chose went with the blue French tip and unfortunately it did not so I asked her if she could change it and she got mad and said I won't take it off but I can layer a pink on top and I said yes, no problem.. When she layered the pink on top of the brown, it just looked too brown still so I asked if she could just remove that color and put a pink and honestly the pink they had didn't even match the picture at all, but I just picked a pink and I had her continue.. After that, she got an attitude and we get to finishing my nails and she doesn't do the flowers at all and I asked are we not gonna do flowers and with an attitude she said No and I was like OK so how much are these and she was like it's $100. $85 for the nail $15 for the French tip, I'm not even charging to take off the brown still talking with an attitude. I'm looking at their booklet and there's no $85 nail set, the largest amount I saw was $75 so when I said that, Gege continued to say that it was $75 plus $15 for length.. when additional money for the length I chose was never discussed. I was confused because she had just said she would do a design to fit my hundred dollar budget and when she got mad, she took that from me. I get it. It's $100 but it's about the principle. if you Say you're going to work with me keep your word. I walked out of there in tears because I felt Gege was being so mean. I did nothing wrong to her. These were supposed to be my graduation nails. I walked in so happy and walked out so sad. I just found out Gege is the owner! Wow! Do not go here!

Nails Paradise is amazing. I always leave loving my nails. The staff is friendly and very talented. I usually just get one color but when I do want something a bit fancier they are always able to achieve exactly what I want and usually make it even better. Highly highly recommend!!

They had me wait for an hour just to get a fill in. I live in the area so I really didn't want to search for another salon. The receptionist repeatedly told me 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes. I recently got my nails done here and while the staff were very nice and catering one thing that I wasn't too happy about was the fact that I was cut MULTIPLE TIMES. One of the cuts was deep into my nail which hurts whenever I apply pressure. TRUST ME I normally have a high tolerance to pain but this cut hurts more than my break up with my first love. read more

This place is "pathetic". It so sad that I tried to find a good nail salon just to be called a "pathetic liar". First off I called in to make an appointment to make a fill last week. The day of the appointment hours prior they canceled! I thought nothing of it things happen, but when I rescheduled for a week later and it was a bunch of excuses on someone has to leave early, or they can't stay to late that certain day, etc. I finally go to my nail appointment 2 days ago and the receptionist had no care of greeting me. I was called and the nail tech looked slightly confused at my nails. She asked me "who did your nails" and I looked around trying to find who did it last time but I told her I got them done here. She rolled her eyes and just continued the fill. Are the nails cute? Sure. Is the service great? Absolutely NOT. And won't I come back? NOPE, I have been to better salons that are just as pricey but amazing customer service and this place is not it. And yes, I know I'll be called a "Pathetic Liar" but that's fine. I will keep my money and you will maintain a terrible business until changes are made. read more

This location just opened and I came and wanted to give them a try when getting my nails done. They did a good job at doing my nails, however they cut too much of my cuticles and it left scarring and scabs all around my nails. I often get my nails done so I know it is not supposed to be as painful as it was. Whenever something touches my cuticles now it's very painful and stings. Nice place with nice employees, however I don't think it was worth the pain. read more

Today I went it around 9am. Thinking this place was going to be amazing. But turned out I had a horrible experience. My technician Ani cut my nail down too much, made me bleed, and just over all was not a good experience. She claimed my toe nail broke when I clear felt she filed it way too rough and broke it. Then told me it came broken when I have no broken toe nails coming it. I was burnt with the hot water. Once I told them I only wanted a clean up Ani took almost 1 hour to finish one foot and the other took 10 mins because I told her I was unhappy with the service. She sprayed alcohol on the nails when they were filed to show and it stung extremely bad and she continued to spray alcohol on all the toes after me, letting her know it hurt. My Daughter pedicure as well and the told me they the would short time but never did so we decided to not have her get hers done. read more

i called them and let them know that the deep cut they caused lead to an infection and now having to take antibiotics. did they care and take accountability? of course not (as expected). instead they somehow still managed to blame me lol. so unless youre completely ok with the possibility of losing a finger due to their lack of careness than i suggest you stay away. also i have filed a complaint with the health department and ca board of cosmetology. have fun letting them know how im still a liar after submitting my hospital discharge papers and medication information!! read more

Today I came in for a manicure and a pedicure. I'm in town for a wedding and was in desperate need of a last minute appointment. I got gel x for my manicure and regular gel for my pedicure. Josie did my manicure; I asked for a traditional nude base and white french tips and I just love the end result. She was easy going and very sweet. Ani did my pedicure and it came out so pretty! She took her time on my feet which I greatly appreciate. It's a new location and I decided to try it last minute since my event is literally the next day. Glad I did! I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon near my house! The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. For Valentine's Day, they went the extra mile and gave out roses and even gave me a slice of cake. They even helped me by throwing away my trash for me. It really made the visit feel special! The salon itself was super nice, neat, and very clean, which made the experience even better! I got a gel pedicure with French tip for $65 and it was worth it! Flora did an amazing job cleaning my toenails, and she was super attentive. The whole atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making their customers happy. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for friendly service and great nail care! They also give a loyalty card that gives you 30% off any service after, I believe, four visits. read more

My wife and I absolutely love this nail salon! She got her nails and hair done, and I got a fantastic haircut from Anet. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. My wife's nails look stunning, and her hair turned out beautifully. Anet did an amazing job with my haircut, paying close attention to detail. We both felt pampered and well taken care of. This place has definitely become our go-to spot for all our beauty needs. Faby and Josy are seriously the best nail techs ever; I always have such a great time getting my nails done with them! They're super friendly and always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I especially love their attention to detail and how they make sure my nails look perfect every time. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed! read more

I had an amazing experience with all all the technician and the service that I got done in the salon it really clean very professional and nice attitude. All the two are sunny, ties and big collection of the color designs. They are able to do whatever you want. read more
