Scheduled an appt for the next day at 1pm and arrived at 12:55pm. I told her my name and that I had an appoint for a fill at 1pm. She sat me at a pedicure station where I waited......and waited..... 30 minutes later I walked out. No one tried to stop me and no one said a word to me the entire time I waited. I drove 45 minutes to get to that appointment. After I left I called and their response was "we are really busy". And I explained that I made an appointment. They didn't care. Would NOT recommend this place if it was the last nail salon on earth. read more

I used my credit card 1 time in 8 months- at this salon and then didn't use it again- I was notified within 2 weeks the card had been used for a fraudulent purchase. There is no other possibility except someone at this place stole my card info or I wouldn't even write this. I did not give them the card ahead of time since I was only getting my toes done. They also cut my toenails at an angle before I could stop them on the first toe and sure enough, I got a bad ingrown toenail on that foot- this place is a disaster and to top it all off they were super unfriendly. The nails always lift , crack, or come off where if I go to another salon this doesn't happen. I am sorry to report my manicure was so bad I refused to pay for it. There were so many things wrong with it, one hand wasn't even soaked in warm water, no hand massage, no hand cream, the manicurist was about to start putting on the basecoat and I had to stop her because she barely cleaned up/trimmed my cuticles. At best. . . . my nails look like I had a girlfriend paint them in a hurry. I had issues with many other things, but I don't want to go into all of it. I've been sitting here since 230pm and it's now 5:03pm finally done.. My water wasn't prepared for 1 1/2 hrs and prob took her 25min to be done but wasnt too happy. Worst "manicure" I've ever had. I won't be back. This place is absolutely filthy. The ladies seemed nice, just not very competent at painting nails, or cleaning apparently. I could have painted my nails better with my left hand during an earthquake. They'll try to talk you into gel "so they won't chip" but that's because the other polishes are garbage. I watched her thin the one I choose before using it on my toes. I will update this review with how long the paint on my toes lasted before chipping. I bet it'll be less than a week. read more

What made me get up and leave was when the manicure gal told me to put my hands underneath the blue light when I didnt even have my acrylics on to go wax someone's eyebrows. She thought I was stupid. She still charged me for the full set even though she didn't even get to the filing of the nails... worst experience ever. I was so mad cause I was getting engaged and my acrylics look terrible because I had to paint them myself. This place is gross and needs to be shut down. Nope, nope, and nope. Came in for a pedicure with a group of ladies... I have NEVER had a pedicure so bad. EVER. I asked for square cut nails, and told them I get bad ingrowns when it's cut round. "Flat, square," she said, and made a "T" symbol with her hands. Clearly, she understood. NOPE. Not only did I end up with rounded nails, but she cut them in at the corners, exactly what I requested she did not do. And not only did she cut them in, but she jacked up the job so bad that I will DEFINITELY be getting ingrowns on both sides of both big toes, and possibly ones bad enough to have to see a doctor over it. I have never seen nails cut so poorly. I am very upset. It's a week later, and now that the sharp points she left are jamming into my toes, they are throbbing. So glad I went there and dropped $40 on what will likely cost me even more at the doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The smaller problems: - They put my feet in a bath of nice cold water. Could not get their attention to change it for 10 minutes. - Customer service? Nope. Couldn't get their attention for anything. - We had an appointment for 6 ladies, and once 4 of us were seated in the chairs, they tried to seat two other people (who didn't have an appointment, either) BEFORE they seated the last of our group. How is that helpful again? And it's now three weeks later. I have SEVEN INGROWN TOENAILS because of utterly FAULTY work. Never seen anything like it. I cut my fingernails in the dark the other day, as a passenger on a car ride home. You know what? I did a MUCH better job than what I paid for here. If/when I end up at the doctor for this, I expect compensation and may take them to court. It's THAT BAD, folks. DO NOT GO. Pros- everyone is SUPER friendly and took a ton of time doing my pedicure and fill. Cons- it was the worse pedicure I've ever had and my gel nail polish is so BAD. They didn't remove my previous nail polish (Same as previous complaint) and they put so many coats of gel on my nails they're over a 1/4 inch thick and look ridiculous. (Also pictured) She also cut them so short with out asking and every nail has a different shape. The gel is so uneven and looks SO bad. We left for vacation and I'm going to have to find a place where we're going to fix them because they're so embarrassing and bad. Additionally I paid for my daughter to have a pedicure and they added this weird design on her toe (without asking and then charging me for) and when we asked what it was they said leopard?? lol, no. Don't go here. I did it out of desperation and completely regret my decision. $90 wasted read more

I have no complaints of pedicure. But what I do have is a very large complaint about cleanliness by manicurist. Yes, it was since Covid and after re opening. The woman who did my nails used used files. They had none to sell which is what would be nice when a customer like myself forgets theirs. She had stain on her gloves and they were badly torn. Some salons are very stingy with their employees and sometimes the employee is trying to save money. Neither is acceptable in my book. They do not change the towels after each customer either. They charge plenty and I am a generous tipper. I will never go back. read more

I don't see why there are negative reviews. I'm visiting from out of town and decided to get my nails done. The lady was nice and did a good job. The only negative thing would be the wait but it wasn't bad and it was busy and I was a walk in. I think she did a great job and if I lived here I would go again. If you get a pedi, ask for Van only. She is the only one that does a really great job and she is super sweet. One day I wanted a mani, too. Instead of having me sit at the table after my pedicure, another gal gave me a manicure while standing up. She did a really really crappy job and for $32, i was really upset. I'll only got for pedi's from now on. The gal that gave me the bad mani just gave me a bad pedi polish job :( read more

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever gotten! It really makes me mad when I spend money somewhere were they don't take their time even when they are not busy. No matter the time of day wether busy or not they rush through and do a bad job. Me and my friend decided to go here today instead of driving all the way to oly. But anyway they both rushed through it and didn't even cut my cuticles or even push them back and then proceeded to paint them and got it all over my toes, didn't even clean it off. My wife and I just moved to Shelton and my wife likes to have acrylics on her fingers and I enjoy a pedicure every once in a while. The ladies at Nails R Us are awesome. They're friendly, listened to what my wife and I wanted and also gave my wife a shoulder and neck massage while she was getting her nails done. Best place either one of us have ever been to.
