My daughter and I Googled prices and different locations for nail service with in PCB for Spring Break. My charges at the actual salon in no way shape nor form matched what I was charged. A manicure with gel polish showed as $25 on the website. They charged me $40. They indicated $25 was just for gel polish but they did my cuticles and filed my nails. I'm not sure about you but a manicure involves all of that and the dictionary agrees with me. She then proceeds to tell me she hasn't updated the website. Hmmm...that should be her issue because what you advertise is supposed to be what you actually pay! My gel pedicure and my daughter's dip nails were also overcharged. Very shady! I think that PCB should check into this business and quite possibly shut it down! It doesn't fit the narrative of being a family friendly place to visit when you get ripped off! read more

I was looking to have an acrylic overlay done and the owner suggested a better, healthier option for my nails which came out PERFECT! The salon is clean and the staff is friendly, the pedicure was nice although the man who was doing mine scrubbed a little harder than i am used to it was still worth it. My friend and I were down for the weekend and in need of a pedicure. When we walked in we were greeted and immediately asked to pick a color and have a seat in one of the massage chairs. We were glad we found a place we didn't have to wait long; however, once in the chair we proceeded to wait for over 40 mins with feet in water. There are only 2 employees. Once they finally got to us we had to do the pedicure express. I didn't think "express" meant a crappy paint job! The polish I had on before from 3 weeks ago looked better than this! This place shouldn't even get one star IMO. I came in with SNS on my nails and just wanted to get them taken off and add a gel manicure after. In their opinion, to take off SNS, you place a paper towel at the bottom of a clear cereal bowl, add half an inch of acetone, and tell the client to "scrub". It got all over my fingers and hands and I was already fed up at this point. I've never been to a salon where the client takes off her own SNS. The attached picture is what the "after" picture looked like from the Gel manicure he did. Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated. The "before" looked better than this. read more

I didn't notice this place was open until a customer of mine showed me her nails and I was truly impressed so I made sure to stop by on my next nail adventure. I walk in and they seat me right away. I like when that happens! There was a guy working on my pedicure, which I prefer men, and he did such a great job with my request for length on my toenails. I had gel on my nails when I came in and the female put these little purple clips on the tips of my nails instead of the usual foil and let me tell you...these purple things work so much better and they were so much faster. They stayed on my nails and when she came to remove the old polish, ALL of the gel polish came off. Every nail shop should carry these purple clips! When I was done with my pedicure, she took me to the nail chair and worked on my manicure. She educated me on the SNS powder and I decided to go with it so I could build my nail strength. When she said she was the best at SNS, I now believe her! I enjoyed watching her work her magic! I wasn't aware though with SNS, they don't clip your cuticles or anything. I had skin on the side of my nail I wanted removed and she removed it but I just thought that came with a manicure. I'm still very proud of my nails and have been telling everyone where I got them done! read more

I am very disappointed in the service and how they pick and choose whose nails they are going to do. I have been going to them since I moved here. I pay good money when I go in there. But the other day put th icing on the cake for me. I walked in there around 5:45 pm to get my nails filled in and one fixed and my toe nail polish changed. She told me to sit so I did. She did have another customer a head of me which was cool I was okay to wait. Well another customer had came in there after I did I had already been waiting almost thirty minutes to get my nails done. She said she needed her nails fixed because they all looked bad. Well the lady was like can you come back at 7? The customer said don't you close at 7. She was like you but I do for you anyways. Well she told the other customer that came in after me after at that point I has been sitting there for 45 that she did not have time to do my nails. I will never go back to them again I feel like she was wrong and rude for that. I went to Lee nails and they took me in right away. I will never go to Nail Studio again. Big disappointment. Yes it's clean and the new massage chairs are nice. But my manicure was a bit sloppy and chipped the next day. Deal breaker was that on day 2 my pedicure chipped too. Totally unacceptable. And the air conditioner in the salon didn't really work. Definitely won't be back. read more
