The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.

The shop is right on Fondren with plenty of parking available. You can walk in or make an appt ahead of time but they always have some availability. The shop is clean but there's no extra frills to distract you like at other shops. They have a few chairs and maybe 3-4 techs working at a time. They offer you a beverage and get right to business. Each time I'm left feeling good because the experience is great. Their prices are similar to old times ($40- gel pedicure and $25- regular manicure). If you're looking for a shop, check them out!

While plenty of other nail salons offer complimentary drinks, this is the first salon I've been to that has Vietnamese coffee! It's by far my favorite perk. I have been back 3 times already and the workers remember me by name. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional and personalized service. They have a wide selection of nail colors to choose from whether you're doing shellac, dip, or just regular polish. I've had different nail technicians each time I've visited and everyone is meticulous with their work but also works efficiently. So incredibly sweet! I showed her a pic of the nail art I wanted. She knew her stuff because she was able to look at the pic and tell what was used to create the look. She walked me through what she would need to do to do her interpretation and I let her do her thing. I was not disappointed! The final mani look was amazing!!!! When I noticed that some of the pigment came off with the matte application, she quickly fixed it. The pedicure was so relaxing, and she happily fixed my clumsy smudge! Thu has the softest hands! I did a chrome color - pricing was not disclosed prior to me choosing the Chrome either (Beware any add-on is charged. You are basically nickel and dimmed for every choice. My pedicure became an easy $100. Onto the quality of my nails. The quality was horrendous. The tech did not go all the way down to the cuticles so my fresh nails with a brand "new set" (I don't use tips and still got charged for a full set ) it looked like they were already a week old. After having the tech redo them to fix her mistake, they still look like shit. The tips of my nails are missing chunks of chrome. I'm not willing to walk back in there because this manicure and pedicure became an easy $215. I have never in my life paid that much for a simple pedicure and nail set. We came to Houston to try something new and expected it to be a little pricier, but I did not expect to give away my first born child. Nor did I expect to leave completely unsatisfied.
