Booked an appointment with the owner Trinnie two weeks in advance for my bridal nails and pedicure. The day before my appointment I'm told I have to send a deposit or my appointment will be cancelled and that Trinnie is not available anymore, since when do regular nail salons require a deposit? And I specifically made an appointment here in advance with Trinnie, how are they going to tell me the day before it won't be with her but someone else. With the whole deposit thing I was thinking this place must be luxury nail salon, no absolutely not it's a regular salon and was not busy or packed by any means. As far as the service my pedicure looks good but for my gel x manicure (which I was charged $85 for) the male nail tech accidentally put a matte top coat on my nails and then just went over it with gloss, it ruined my nails you can see it's slightly dull when it's supposed be be a polished cat eye. They also don't trim the dead skin on the nails, isn't that supposed to be a minimum standard?? I can't believe it. $145 total for gel pedicure and my ruined medium gel x bridal nails, I would absolutely never come back here or recommend this place.

While I understand everyone needs a break, when a client has a scheduled appointment, they should have your undivided attention. That did not happen here. Throughout the entire appointment, she repeatedly walked away--not just briefly, but to talk on the phone and have conversations with other people across the room. This wasn't casual multitasking while working; she was fully stepping away and leaving me sitting there. What should have been a simple service turned into 2.5 hours of wasted time. Her work area was also noticeably dirty, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, she sneezed into her hands and then touched mine before putting gloves on, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene standpoint. To make things worse, I was cut multiple times during the process. That is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and honestly grossed out. This experience was not worth the time, the money, or the risk. I will absolutely not be returning.

I've been to several nail salons in Rancho Cucamonga including a luxury grooming spa for men and Nails By Trinnie tops them all! I received a pedicure from Amie and a manicure from Emily. They were friendly, professional and provided exceptional service. The vibe in the salon was great as well. The gentleman at the front counter was very cool. He provided me with an ice cold bottle of water and assigned Amie and Emily to me expeditiously. Nice R&B tunes were playing in the background at the perfect volume. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I was in the salon for a very long time during my birthday weekend, which caused me to be late to a party. After spending over $100 on an acrylic pedicure, I expected quality work and to leave feeling satisfied. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until later that the acrylic was poorly applied underneath my nail. On top of that, my cuticles were cut far too deep, and I now have scabs as a result. That is completely unacceptable and concerning. Once I realized the issues, I reached out in hopes of having the pedicure corrected. After explaining my concerns, communication completely stopped and no solution was offered. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected better service and accountability. I would caution others to thoroughly check their nails before leaving and be mindful of the level of care provided here. read more

I have been coming here for many years and every employee does great work. I've never complained about the price or their work because I can appreciate good quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. However the last few times that I have made an appointment I have had weird and disrespectful experiences. A few weeks ago I made an appointment with my usual artist and I walked in 5 minutes before and they had double booked her so I had to wait until she was done. I always send a deposit and I ask for a confirmation so I think it's a little weird that my time slot is not being honored. Why am I sending you money prior to the appointment to book the slot but then my artist is not available? I wasn't even offered to start with someone else. When she was done she had to do them so fast she didn't even cut my cuticle correctly. What usually takes 1 hour and a half took her 1 hour. Even though the nails were rushed and done wrong I still had to pay full price. They started breaking off within days. However I figured it was one time so I came back today. When I walked in they supposedly did not have my appointment even though I received a confirmation after I sent my deposit. I also messaged their private number with a picture of my deposit and I got an okay from them. They also told me that the artist I was booked with no longer worked there but that someone else could do my nails. The girl who did my nails was very nice and respectful. Jade, the manager came up to me while I was getting my nails done and she tried to say that it was my fault that the appointment wasn't in the system because I hadn't received a confirmation. However I have both confirmations so I don't really know what she was talking about. I dont appreciate being made to feel stupid for something that was completely out of my control. I sent them my money and if they aren't keeping track then maybe there needs to be a change in management. Instead of arguing with your customers maybe you guys should start with an apology. Otherwise my nail artist was very kind and did a great job which is sad because I will not be returning. read more

Trinnie did a good job with my Gel-X nails but that's not all I look for when getting nails done. I didn't like the vibe. I asked one question about the manicure and she tried to give me a wrong answer before I finished speaking. Also talked to other techs for 90 minutes about Priceline & Expedia rates and neighborhood. While saying virtually nothing to me. Only spoke when it was time to go so she'd get a tip or at least a compliment. Plenty of shops to chose from, I won't be back. read more

Service was absolutely wonderful. Booked and made a $30 deposit that went towards my service with Kathy for my nails and Amii for my gel pedicure. Both ladies were so gentle and friendly as well as easy to talk to about my indecisiveness of choosing colors and designs. We had the best time here this morning. We found Doki Doki on Yelp when looking for a nail salon…read morefor my daughter for prom. She looked at some photos and decided she wanted to come here. I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

I paid $55 for a set that's lifting less than a week after. It's disappointing to spend that amount and it not even last. I will not be returning. It is outdated in there and not many selections of gel colors.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nails By Trinnie. Every time I schedule an appointment, they fail to keep their commitment, making me wait at least 30 minutes. The last time I was there was the final straw--my daughter had an appointment, and we were kept waiting for over 45 minutes! This is incredibly unprofessional. To make matters worse, after my husband requested our deposit back, they never refunded us, essentially stealing from us. They have shown a complete lack of respect for their clients by not meeting appointment times and refusing to return our deposit. On top of this, the cleanliness of the salon has gone downhill; everything was dirty during my last visit. I also noticed an employee's little girl running around and being loud every time I'm there, which was distracting when all I wanted was a moment of relaxation. Normally, I don't mind kids, but this is supposed to be a professional environment. They don't even apologize for the long waits, and their arrogance is unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Love getting my nails done by Ken (aka Henry)! He always gets the shape perfect and precise, especially with acrylics. Super detailed-oriented when it comes to designs and he never fails to replicate whatever nail inspo I show him. He takes his time to perfect everythingggg and because of it, I never have an issue with my nails. They last 4+ weeks without breakage or lifting. Can't recommend him enough!
