HORRIBLE!!! I had a really poor experience here. I came in for a basic pedicure--just needed my nails cut and filed straight, with clean polish application. Unfortunately, even these simple requests weren't done properly. The polish was messy and on my skin, and the overall effort felt careless. I could have done a better job doing it myself. I expect a certain level of professionalism, especially for services they perform every day, but this was well below that. On top of that, I was told I'd receive a free flower design, but when it came time to pay, they charged me for it. It felt misleading and unprofessional. I won't be returning. read more

DO NOT come here for your lashes. The owner suggested their lash person to do my lashes and that they were "very good" . I decided to be nice and give them a try . I normally go to a Lash Salon. I should have listened to my gut instinct. Worst lashes EVER! I said I wanted full with volume and flared out . I even showed her pictures . I told her I normally get Medium and Long length combined. What I got was short , sparse, and uneven. These were poor quality lashes which she claimed was mink. Then she even blamed me for having short lashes that it was hard to put the lashes on my lashes. What the f--k! Isn't that the reason why we get lashes so we can have longer and fuller lashes? My regular salon has no problem putting on my lashes.Never Again. I rate their lash person " Diane" a big Zero. It says one star to be able to post review but it is a Zero . read more

Maybe a language barrier, maybe she didn't care enough. Went in for a Nail color change. Asked for pricing, was told 25. Once at the chair, tech offered their "dip" instead. I agreed "thirteen dollars more" she said - Fine. She asked me after about 15 minutes if I would like a water or mimosa.. I said sure, a water. It never came. Lol I pointed out white spots on my nails since my color was red- she said "I don't go to cuticles, it makes the color lift" I said to myself, -I thought cuticles were on top of the nail- and the other nails color go to both side of the nails. Lol Time to pay- she hits me with $21 more than agreed. Lol. Then an addition dollar for the cc usage. Wow. I paid and I forgot to say "thanks for the water. Just wanted to leave. read more

I would never come to this nail shop ever again after what I've experienced I felt discriminated against super unnecessary treatment My friend took me to get my toes done and when we were almost finished, my friend had to leave because she had an emergency, but she prepaid for both of us and I was waiting for my nails to dry. I got up and told them that my friend had paid for us, and I can't believe the way I was being looked at Told I couldn't leave yet. I mean, my friend just literally left five minutes prior. What was the confusion she paid for me. Pay attention if you receptionist to what's going on instead of making people feel uncomfortable like I was trying not to pay or something. My goodness not everybody's trying to walk out so you can't just judge people off the bat, anyway when I finally got upset and told him she paid remember and I just walked out because they were being so rude about the whole thing. read more

So disappointed. I went in for pedicure and , nail take off and new set . I asked the technician to soak my nails while I did my pedicure she said no . After my pedicure I let her know that the tips had lifted from the top of the nail but stuck in the back of the nail close to the cuticle. She wanted to do it quick and stuck the artificial nail to lift it quickly and she nicked my nail bed then pour alcohol over it and made it burn . I'm sure that's not how she learned in beauty school how to take off nails. read more

Today I got Anne and she did a fantastic job and was very polite and professional. She was upfront about what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have very thin, brittle natural nails and she was sure to be gentle and soak off my acrylics. The pricing was great considering what I'm used to paying-- I got a full set with design, an acrylic soak off, and a gel pedicure for $100 before tip. I've been many places in the area and this is the first place that I felt comfortable, didn't end up with cuts or burns, and loved the end result. My nails always last 4+ weeks. If you're looking for a nail place in Rancho, this is the spot!! I'd even commute if I lived further because the quality and service has been unmatched. I completely recommend this salon. read more
