HORRIBLE!!! I had a really poor experience here. I came in for a basic pedicure--just needed my nails cut and filed straight, with clean polish application. Unfortunately, even these simple requests weren't done properly. The polish was messy and on my skin, and the overall effort felt careless. I could have done a better job doing it myself. I expect a certain level of professionalism, especially for services they perform every day, but this was well below that. On top of that, I was told I'd receive a free flower design, but when it came time to pay, they charged me for it. It felt misleading and unprofessional. I won't be returning. read more

DO NOT come here for your lashes. The owner suggested their lash person to do my lashes and that they were "very good" . I decided to be nice and give them a try . I normally go to a Lash Salon. I should have listened to my gut instinct. Worst lashes EVER! I said I wanted full with volume and flared out . I even showed her pictures . I told her I normally get Medium and Long length combined. What I got was short , sparse, and uneven. These were poor quality lashes which she claimed was mink. Then she even blamed me for having short lashes that it was hard to put the lashes on my lashes. What the f--k! Isn't that the reason why we get lashes so we can have longer and fuller lashes? My regular salon has no problem putting on my lashes.Never Again. I rate their lash person " Diane" a big Zero. It says one star to be able to post review but it is a Zero . read more

Maybe a language barrier, maybe she didn't care enough. Went in for a Nail color change. Asked for pricing, was told 25. Once at the chair, tech offered their "dip" instead. I agreed "thirteen dollars more" she said - Fine. She asked me after about 15 minutes if I would like a water or mimosa.. I said sure, a water. It never came. Lol I pointed out white spots on my nails since my color was red- she said "I don't go to cuticles, it makes the color lift" I said to myself, -I thought cuticles were on top of the nail- and the other nails color go to both side of the nails. Lol Time to pay- she hits me with $21 more than agreed. Lol. Then an addition dollar for the cc usage. Wow. I paid and I forgot to say "thanks for the water. Just wanted to leave. read more

I would never come to this nail shop ever again after what I've experienced I felt discriminated against super unnecessary treatment My friend took me to get my toes done and when we were almost finished, my friend had to leave because she had an emergency, but she prepaid for both of us and I was waiting for my nails to dry. I got up and told them that my friend had paid for us, and I can't believe the way I was being looked at Told I couldn't leave yet. I mean, my friend just literally left five minutes prior. What was the confusion she paid for me. Pay attention if you receptionist to what's going on instead of making people feel uncomfortable like I was trying not to pay or something. My goodness not everybody's trying to walk out so you can't just judge people off the bat, anyway when I finally got upset and told him she paid remember and I just walked out because they were being so rude about the whole thing. read more

So disappointed. I went in for pedicure and , nail take off and new set . I asked the technician to soak my nails while I did my pedicure she said no . After my pedicure I let her know that the tips had lifted from the top of the nail but stuck in the back of the nail close to the cuticle. She wanted to do it quick and stuck the artificial nail to lift it quickly and she nicked my nail bed then pour alcohol over it and made it burn . I'm sure that's not how she learned in beauty school how to take off nails. read more

I've had three great experiences here and I'm looking forward to more! I've gotten a different person each time and they all have done a phenomenal job. Today I got Anne and she did a fantastic job and was very polite and professional. She was upfront about what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have very thin, brittle natural nails and she was sure to be gentle and soak off my acrylics. The pricing was great considering what I'm used to paying-- I got a full set with design, an acrylic soak off, and a gel pedicure for $100 before tip. I've been many places in the area and this is the first place that I felt comfortable, didn't end up with cuts or burns, and loved the end result. My nails always last 4+ weeks. If you're looking for a nail place in Rancho, this is the spot!! I'd even commute if I lived further because the quality and service has been unmatched. I completely recommend this salon. read more

Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I ended up getting my nails redone by Hannie, and she was able to recreate the original design I had wanted from the start. They came out so much closer to my inspiration photo, and I was really happy with the final result. While I was disappointed with my original experience, I appreciate that the salon took my concerns seriously and gave me the opportunity to come back. I wanted nail techs with incredible taste who could take an inspiration photo and create something even more beautiful in real life. That's exactly what I found here. Amanda is absolutely amazing, and I adore Janice as well. Honestly, everyone here is incredibly talented and so kind. Every visit has been such a wonderful experience. I brought in an inspiration photo for my Gel-X nails, and Amanda completely exceeded my expectations. My nails came out absolutely stunning, and every single time I leave the salon, I'm genuinely obsessed with the finished result. They pay so much attention to every little detail, and the quality is exceptional. What also sets this salon apart is the artistry. They create some truly intricate and beautiful nail designs, and it's clear that everyone here takes so much pride in their work. Their talent speaks for itself. On top of all of that, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and makes every appointment enjoyable. I actually look forward to my visits. This salon deserves so much more recognition because, in my opinion, they truly set the standard. Tons of color to choose from, they have drinks and snacks and I always have great conversations with Liz. I've been getting acrylic fills as well as pedicures and they've all been truly amazing. It's very impress. I saw a bad review on yelp about this place, but it's close to my house so i stop by. It's surprised me. They're great me when i come, and explain about their survice very well. Linh give me an excellent job on my pedicure. The equipments are very clean which hold in the sanitize pouch. The spa chair are pretty new and supper clean. The spa chairs have great massage which i love the most. I don't know why people wrote a bad review about this place or the salon is just change the way of service. I 'm really happy to come here. The only thing i recommend to Linh that she shouldn't speak vietnamese to her co-worker, and talk softly. I think people who wrote a bad review to this salon should come back and try again. read more

I was not impressed at all. For the most part, inexperienced techs that don't know what they are doing and actually cut me. Most egregious and inexcusable was their complete lack of sanitation. None of the equipment is sanitized...or even wiped off in between customers! Put back in dirty drawer...callus remover used on foot still had another patron's skin on it! The basin for the pedicure is crusted with green mold and gunk. I don't know when was the last time it was cleaned. Never saw them wipe them down in between customers once. This's my FAVORITE nail salon .I moved to this area about a year &i have been driving an hour to see my TRIED &TRUE regular nail salon-until I found this SUPER salon..They take early appointment so I can get my nail done before work.The quality is EXCELLENT .CONNIE very attentive to detail(nail perfectly shape)they perform miracle&she is so friendly ,my nail alway come out perfect .The price are reasonable .shop is very clean .Love it By the way ,in my own experience ,I have never had to wait .she take me on time for my appointment .highly Recommend . read more

This nail salon is TOP TIER !! I love Michelle and Linda!! They both do an amazing job on my hands and feet! Not to mention everyone in the shop is super friendly always positive vibes . My daughter and I had an amazing time at this nail salon! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and pampered. Our pedicures were top-notch, with meticulous attention to detail and a wide selection of colors to choose from. We left with gorgeous nails and big smiles. Connie always does a great job with my gel manicure. Shes quick and efficient. The only problem I have with this place is their horrible customer service! I think it wouldn't hurt to smile every once in a while and make your customers feel welcomed and relaxed. Getting your nails done is a luxury and they definitely don't make you feel luxurious here. read more

Great place since the new ownership. Place looks cleaner and staff are more friendly. I get my pedicure with Van or Kaylee, they are very gentle and take great pride in their work. My girlfriend likes Kaylee for her gel nails. "I have never met anyone who can polish that well". In general, all the staff is nice and makes us feel welcomed. read more

The owner ( which is also the wife ) was super fast and just rough. I didn't say anything I always feel bad... I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this. Some of us really look forward to treating ourselves.
