I booked 3 mani/pedi and told them 2 were for kids. They wouldn't put the girls feet in the water, instead they only would paint the nails. The kids nails chipped within a few hours and my gel manicure didn't last 2 days. 2 nails lifted within a day and peeled right off. I was in town for a wedding and use to go here when I lived in town. Won't be coming back. read more

It's close to my house and I love this place. I always go to the owner on the first nail station as you walk in to your left but this time I got Tina and she's very sweet and doesn't file your natural nail very thin like other places. I'll be coming back very soon! One thing I noticed was that when they are super busy and you decide to just walk in, expect to wait for about 15-30 minutes. read more

When I walked in I knew I should have turned around & walked out. This place was dirty & the nail tech was incredibly SLOW! I asked her not to do the full pedicure bc her tools looked like they didn't get cleaned often. I just asked for a gel on my toes & fingers. She ONLY PAINTED & it took almost 3hrs, $70, and it came off the next day. I don't normally write bad reviews but this place is not worth the money! read more

Decided to go here and try this place with my friend who loves them. (I usually go to 7 nail spa). I only needed a fill, my friend needed a whole new set. I picked out a gel color and sat down for my fill. I feel it was a little rushed and although I said I wanted short and square, she did not really do that. She filed my nails down shorter but did not even bother to make sure they were the same length. She also did not bother to make them straight. All of my nails are crooked. Once she was done with my fill a younger girl sat down to paint my nails. I picked this neon green gel color and wanted one nail to have a zebra design. Easy enough. Well after she put the 2nd coat on my nails I noticed that the paint had this weird wavy look to it. I showed it to the girl who said something to the lady who did my fill in their language and took out the buffer to remove the color from my thumb and middle finger. I looked at my other hand and saw the same thing on my middle finger nail and showed her. She buffed that one off as well and was going to repaint them when I took a closer look and ALL of my nails looked terrible. So I asked her to remove the polish completely and do another color. She again said something to the other lady and took off the color. I choose another color and she painted them. The lady who did my fill came over and said "this is better color for you. You didn't like the other one" I DID like the first color but clearly it was a bad color or old or something but she made it seem like I changed my mind about the color after it was on. That was annoying. I still got my design and I love the color and design a lot. But the thing that made my decision not to go back is that they charged me $35 for this and my friend $37. I got a fill.... She got an entire new set! What?! I have a feeling that I was charged extra for wanting a different nail color which is completely unfair since that color was the problem. I've been there twice now. I like the results at the end (though the second time was harder had me trying to figure a color for my gel while working on my fill not good). I'm not much of a talker so I go pretty quickly (but not in a rush sense I suppose. I like watching my nails get done) I don't do anything fancy, have only done solid colors here. But the gel started chipping a day after and I've had the same finger break (though I did go elsewhere between visits) after both. I'll probably go back, but not of my own will (ie going with my mother who likes the place). read more

Worst manicure ever! I went there the day before my wedding for a French Mani/pedi. The pedicure was OK but the woman cut all my nails off for my manicure! I had been growing my nails for a month and they looked liked nubs when she was done. If it hadn't been for my friend, I would have left in tears. Friendly staff, great pedicures and manicures, and they do a great job of doing french tips on natural nails. Quick tip: Fridays are pretty busy, try to do Thursday if you want to be weekend-ready without a wait. read more

I love love love this place, prices are decent, they are always friendly and as far as I can tell they don't talk crap about their customers as much as other salons do...which is nice. The woman I had do my nails was very ocd about the lengths on my nails, she wanted to make sure they were all even and symmetrical. Nails were beautiful and lasted very long. This place is pretty good!! I think they offer a VERY reasonable price for manicures and pedicures. I'm not a huge fan of their manicures, (I've only had 2 there) but both times I felt they rushed through, and the color didn't stay on as long as other salons. The pedicures though, are probably some of the best I've had. I don't have a regular 'girl', but every time my toes (and feet) look great...and the pedicure lasts! They are also one of the few salons I've been to where they actually do quite a bit for a 'regular' pedicure...the hot towel thing, yeah...doesn't exist at most similar nail salons. Hurray for having it here :) The place is clean, and I've never been pressured into more extensive services, or pressured to pay extra for nail art designs I don't want. Not bad at all. Also, I love that they are open until 7 on weekdays. This is awesome, and much appreciated for those ladies [and gentlemen, no judgement here! ;) ] who have to work late. read more

I have been going here for nail services for years and I will never go back after I received the worst pedicure experience.I asked for "The Special" suppose to be their best, includes paraffin wax, callus removal, deep penetrating oil, salt scrub and a longer massage. I got cut, file, and possibly salt scrub! Didn't even get the color I had chose come to find out and while I was getting my service 2 dissatisfied customers came in for repair on services they had done a day before. So Sad. read more
