I've gone to paradise nails here and there. I'm the kind of person that likes my nails to scream and sparkle. Although everyone there is super nice and attentive there wasn't anyone there to do the kind of nail art that I want. Finally they got Amy whose willing to put herself out there and make it happen. Tony and his team always do an excellent job! I usually get my mani and pedi done with John. He's very thorough and cleans my toenails without any pain or discomfort. I'm diabetic so I'm very cautious with whoever works on me. My wife loves working with Tony, he's the owner and does her nails the way she wants them. They just did a complete renovation, so all of their chairs and equipment are brand new. read more

I used to like this place , as you can see from my previous review. but it's just awful now. Everyone is rude , the gel manicure I got wasn't good. It just felt very rushed and like I was an inconvenience to them. The man doing it didn't even greet me or say hello. Just seemed very unhappy And I'm 5 days in and my gel nails are already chipping. This place used to be good and I'd come here quite a bit , but after my experience, on my birthday no less, I will never come back. Such a disappointment. Spending $60 for a gel manicure and getting treated like trash is super upsetting. read more

As a loyal customer of 4 years, I am deeply disappointed by my visit today. It was a "horrible" experience, not pleasant to share, but what I can share is that I was held up for 3 hours. My 3:00pm appointment with Tony was significantly delayed, lasting until 6:00pm, which caused me to miss an important 5:30pm engagement. Amy was fabulous. Great massage, she was gentle and firm. The water was perfect temperature and the spa chairs are new! Many settings possible, including a chair warmer. Gotta love the butt warmers. My Daughter and I had the best spa day Nails and toes are looking refreshed and ready for summer! We got the Orange peel pedicure smells really good and the hot stones are a must especially after a long week at work. Kim did my Pedicure she's so nice and she did a good job on my not so delicate feet ( I walk around barefoot alot so you can imagine my feet going from a Pumice stone like feel to baby smooth feet i have now, Amy did my Nails she was so nice to talk to really everyone was. Amy did a wonderful job on my nails as well took her time and did a precise job with my french tip almond acrylic's.
