Well... I wanted to come here to try this place out because it's walking distance from where I live. Got there at 5pm yesterday (was just a walk in) and they were pretty busy, which I understand. I waited and waited for an hour... finally got seated at the pedicure chairs but during this time that I was waiting, 5 people got seated before me. Still after I was seated, no one came over to me and then 10 minutes later, I asked when I was going to get helped and the lady told me about 10-15 minutes. Like seriously? I had been waiting forever already and was there before so many people who were already being helped. So I asked about those people and the lady had the audacity to tell me they had appts... granted I know ONE out of the five did because I heard her say it but the others literally walked in and asked me how long I was waiting because they were walk ins too and they were helped before me. So I call bull shit. I left without getting helped. That was not ok. read more

the service is good but you have to be fucking kidding me. do NOT go here for basic french tip. the line will be straight and they cover half your nail i left crying because he did such a horrible job. not to mention my ring finger nail was BEYOND crooked and when i asked him to fix it he made it more crooked. i do not recommend this place i immediately went to a different salon in tears and they fixed it. not only was the nail job shitty but when i not longer wanted the paint he still charged me $40 for JUST PUTTING ON THE ACRYLIC!! this is the last time i'll be going here and I do NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who wants any type of detail. read more

It's unfortunate that I have to downgrade my review; I used to be able to come in on a Saturday and wait 18-25 mins for a pedicure. The last 2 times I have been asked to come back because they are too busy and not enough nail technicians. Today, I am not being turned away BUT I am very tempted to leave. I was told it would be a 30min wait but the 2 ladies ahead of me have been waiting almost an hour. I stopped coming on the weekends and now I am having the same problem on a Tuesday. All the nail technicians are great here, they do a great job but what good is that when you have to wait so long or get turned away. The owner/management needs to start managing their business better because this customer is getting ready to move on. read more

Horrible f-ing job. I tried to tell them I didn't like how my acrylics were coming out and OFC she said she wasn't done yet so I let her finish and they're CURVED. Like pigeon nails. I specified when I walked in I wanted them STRAIGHT squared. They were so ugly and once we were done and I said I didn't like them the owner said "I fix them I fix them" bc they'll do anything but return you your money. So I let her fix them and my babies were fussy so I had to leave w ugly nails. I had an interview the next day and I tried to go back to ATLEAST remove them and they said I would have to pay, and the owner was just bein leg rude and nasty. I have been going here for years and now they are super COVID compliant and doing a great job at being the best and cleanest nail spa I have been to by far. I've been to a lot of nail places and this by far is my favorite. I have visited many times and everytime I've been completely satisfied with my nails. I love how clean, attentive, and fast they are. Today, I had Nancy she was very sweet and she did an amazing job on my nails. She did them exactly how I wanted and I can't stop looking at them. Update review: the quality of the gel nail here is outstanding! Nancy did my gel nails 4 weeks ago. I was on my vacation for 2 weeks with long period of time being either in the pool or the beach, but my gel nails stay the same, except my nails grow. There's no peeling & no chips whatsoever (see the photos). I have mine done before closed to where I live, and it peeled on the 3rd day after I have it done. I didn't go back to complain because i was on my vacation as well, I ended up peeling all of my nails by myself. Overall, really really really recommend this place for a reasonable price with a super quality work and nice service. Love Love Love this place! I came to get my gel nails done with mixed dust and glitters! They do offer free champagne or red wine if you come and have your nails done. Nancy did a fantastic job!y boyfriend loves his nails too. I arrived around 6 pm was attended quickly by Kenny. Very nice and patient ! I had been to this same nail salon maybe about 3 years ago and honestly I was a happy customer both times. I will definitely return. I live a few miles out so therefore I tried finding another nail salon closer to home but was never satisfied with my nails but the drive will be worth it. Every other salon, my nails would be brittle and brake. With Ivy my nails not only last over a month, but when I take them off they are long + healthy. This place was AMAZING I am someone who is very picky when it comes to getting acrylics done. I used to have 1 nail lady for like 5 years until I moved out of the area, and I think I just found my new one. Nancy was amazing and did such a good job. I haven't been this happy with my nails in a while. They offer drinks inside while you get your nails done and have a really good playlist going to keep you in a good mood. There are TVs you can watch while you wait/ are getting services. They offer a lot of different things at their salon and everyone is welcoming, also I only waiting 30 seconds before being seen. It was great. Overall the experience was nice, the price was very good for me getting Matte coffin nails with a holographic nail as well. Pedicures are usually fast since there are plenty of workers. When I walk in always no more than a 30 minute wait unless it's super busy. I tried this place multiple times for manicures. In my last visit I hated the design. I usually get a coffin style full set. The full set was nice and clean even shape. Until Mary started painting it it was horrible. I asked for a white V tip. It was getting late I know i was her last customer. I could tell she was rushing. I rubbed it off as soon as I got home and got a paint job somewhere else the next day. I tried again yesterday. White V tip full set with gel. This time with Wendy. She was real fast I was out the door within the hour. Obviously she has many years of experience she gave me options and other ideas. It being the first time with her I observe. Everything was great but I noticed she didn't cut my cuticles (some places do some don't so maybe you have to ask?) She also didn't drill under the acrylic nails for leftover residue. For my V tip it came out good but could of been better. My V shape wasn't as sharp as I wanted because she used a regular white nail polish brush and colored the V instead of using a designer brush (long thin precision brush) to create the V and then color it after. Other than that good. I guess it's a real hit or miss location. I will always come back to do my toes. I haven't tried the other two that are highly recommended yet but I do recommend Wendy. read more
