I highly don't recommend this place to anyone. I paid $50 for a set that is not even right. When I asked to have them fixed they told me they would but only filed them done and when I should them they weren't done right they told me I was looking at them wrong and there was nothing wrong with them. Anyone can clearly see they are not right. I asked to have them redo the set or give me a refund so I could go get them done somewhere else. They refused to do either. I would think a good business would want their customers to be happy with their service and if there was an issue they would want to correct it because they care about their customers. I had asked for French tips with black and red the color was correct but that was the only thing correct with my nails.I went in to get a fill and my nails came out looking worse then when I don't have nails on. The acrylic application is extremely uneven and bumpy the polish she used for the French tips is extremely clumpy and uneven. I am extremely unsatisfied with my nails they look horrible none of the smile lines match, she had replaced one of my nails and it isn't even the same size nail as my other middle finger. I got them done yesterday and the paint has already been chipping off she didn't listen to what I wanted and when I went in today to tell her I didn't like them she was extremely disrespectful towards me and was telling me it was because I have long nails. Not only did Tina mess up my nails the health department walked in while I was getting my nails done. Tina and her coworker started shoving there supplies into there pockets shoving it under there desk trying to hide stuff from the inspector lady. Tina had attitude with me and got mad when I told her I was upset with my nails dismissing what I was saying she grabbed my hands feeling the nails she was not gentle. I will never go back ever again I have never had my nails looking so bad. Hiding things from the health inspector just goes to show that they have no regards for anything or anyone. My mom and I came here and honestly i'm a nice person but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I hate conflict so I didn't really say anything but the lady's that work here are so rude. They speak badly about us while we were trying to make nice conversation. They don't pay attention to your needs and they don't care that you like the end product. They are money hungry and charge for every little thing. If you say you don't like the shape of the nail they will say "your fault, you didn't say 'coffin shape' you said square". LIKE WTFF. There is a lady who works here and she's usually the first one to greet people as they walk Through the door and I've never encountered such a rude, ignorant individual at a nail place. This nail salon has no customer service whatsoever. My granddaughter had her nails done and they totally ruined them and charged an outrageous amount for the process. Went back in to speak to a manager and evidently she was the one laying on the sofa with a blanket who did not even get up at first to speak with us. Staff proceeded to become hostile and even physical with my granddaughter who is fourteen. One tech even was gossiping to another customer about myself and my granddaughter in front of us. They are always quick to get me in when I need my nails done. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes as a walk in. When I'm short on time they'll do my nails and toes at the same time to make it quicker for me. DO NOT GO HERE. This is THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. I really shouldn't even give it 1 star. It deserves 0. I called to ask how long I would have to wait for a pedicure and they said there's no wait. I get there and wait 45 MINUTES before someone even starts my water or starts working on my toes. The guy worker walked in the store (I think he was the owner) and saw that I was sitting there, so he just randomly started doing my toes. I don't think he's ever done nails before. My pedicure was horrible. The toe nail polish looks EVEN WORSE. One of my nails barely has any polish on it. And my toes are all cut uneven. If I could give 0 stars I would have! This place is terrible! I Do not recommend it to anyone. Tina and her coworkers are very rude and thieves at that. My wife went in for a tan and they stole her very pricey, sentimental jade buddha ring. They Refused to show me the cameras and refused to let me search the area of tanning beds. But Coincidentally they have Buddha jade stuff all over their store, so after calling the cops there was nothing that could be done because the cameras do not face in where the tanning beds are due to privacy, just the entrance to the doors. She obviously knew how to manipulate her own cameras. Just a very shady work place. Again, very very terrible place! Wouldn't trust them ever again. And I'm posting this for anyone to save them a headache, just look for another nail/tanning place. Karma will come back around if Their conscience doesn't eat them alive first. read more

This place was terrible. Paid for a deluxe pedicure and manicure and the guy doing the pedicure seemed to be racing the girl next to him, so my feet were still rough on the heels when done. We expected them to help us with some foam flip flops but after waiting 10 minutes, realized we were on our own and just hoped the floor was clean as we got up. With my manicure, the girl was so distracted getting other girls ready for a manicure and upselling shellac that she completely missed shaping and cleaning up my cuticles on one hand. When I brought this to her attention, she insisted she had already done that hand... Umm, nope... Not trying to trick you and get shorter nails. So she "shaped" my nails by gliding the file over each nail once and proceeded to paint the worst manicure I've ever received. I may not be paying $5 extra for shellac but I still expect a quality paint job! I was over the whole experience and just wanted to get out of there. I definitely won't be returning here again. There are much better salons for the same cost. read more
